Needed a new PCP, Jeffers was fine. But he doesn't work there anymore, not according to their website. I was never notified by PCP changed, nor that he was leaving. The lack of communication is a huge problem, and I'm not sure why I wasn't informed at my most recent appointment.

Very disappointed in this facility to say the least.not gonna go into detail too much to say.just don’t go here. They did me wrong not too mention the wait time is horrible
