Ridgewood Savings Bank, Yonkers NY

I'm not even a customer and Bheam took the time to process a complicated request for me that took well over a half hour. If they treat non-account holders this way, I can only imagine how well they treat their own customers.

I am always greeted by the personnel in this bank. They are friendly, patient, and always helpful. One customer service person, Bhehm Ramprashad in particular is an example of this attitude. But I must say, everyone is friendly and helpful. They make banking a pleasure to look forward to.

I love this branch, they have the best costumer service, awesome staff, always ready to answer and help with any questions. I will recommend this bank to anyone. The manager is the best manager you could ever meet.

Visited the Savings bank today and was assisted by Sabina Loncarevic.she was very cordial and helped us professionally in all our banking needs.
My wife and I are very pleased in the way we were assisted.
