Ridgewood Savings Bank reviews
3I can’t say enough about this Ridgewood Savings Bank location. The employees of this bank are simply fantastic. They consistently go above and beyond to assist their customers. Aside from their expertise, they are a caring group of individuals and while the entire Bay Ridge 3rd ave office is exceptional, I must mention John Merola as a standout among the already outstanding staff. He was able to facilitate what could have been tedious, daunting, tasks for my elderly aunt in the wake of her daughter’s passing. John has been extremely patient with her and takes the time to explain things to her in a way she understands. We are extremely grateful to these fine people who remind me of why we like to bank with “smaller” banks. You, the staff, are the reasons for the success of this branch at 8522 3rd Avenue. Thank you for all you do.
This bank is phenomenal! John and all of the staff are accommodating and professional. 8522 3rd ave
Recently my family went through a terrible tragedy and all of the people at this bank (8522 3rd Ave) went above and beyond. My family had been using this bank for years and years, for me I was new to the bank. After my experience, I changed banks. John, thank you for everything.
