With the lack of customer service, it's better to take your chances purchasing online. I won't penalize the company because of the associates in this location.and it isn't cheap, so I just expect customer service when I'm spending my money and that isn't what I received at this location. Unfortunately, they are the only location in the City.so again, I recommend shopping online.

Absolutely off the charts! So warm and welcoming from the second we walked in. It’s such a sensitive area and you cannot find such personal attention. I have deep gratitude to the staff Oumou Kebe and Alva Salas for helping my daughter and I. And making it such an outstanding experience. We left satisfied and laughing.

Alba is the best bra fitter I ever had. Top tier customer service and very knowledgeable. She will not disappoint with styles and colors that she pulls out. Can’t wait for my next visit.

On February 7th, I visited your location at 1252 Madison Ave. Alba Salas was my bra fitter. I haven’t had a fitting in 14 months. I purchased several bras and panties. I am a Prima Donna Girl. I love those bras. Alba is such a wonderful person, she is very personable, knowledgeable and just a beautiful person. I will not shop anywhere else for my lingerie. Alba is a bra whisperer. I am so excited about my purchase.

Hello all! Rigby and Peller changed my life. Alba greeted me with a warm smile. She sized me and gave me a tutuorial on a health bra life, was patient and kind all throughout. To my surprise, I have been wearing the wrong size bra forever! I am a boobalicious woman. I thought continuously tucking and lifting all day was normal. NOPE! With my new Rigby and Peller bras I have not tucked or lifted at all. LOVE IT! My experience was informative, welcoming and amazing. The quality and fit is amazing.
