11 The attention was very slow, they made me wait a long time.
Then, the manager charges me twice the tip. I wanted to return my money from the bill. Even, she changed the receipt, but my bank account reported the same amount. Nothing has changed. She was very disrespectful, and has not maners. I am very disappointed of the manager. I recommend to the owner improve the customer service focused on your manager in Roosevelt Avenue.
I just order take out first time in this place.
Always walk by never thought about to try to get in.
Inside the place is very nice ceviche mixto is fire definitely recommend.
Ordered 2 lomo saltados and paid for 2 extra green sauces. The meat was tough and I didn’t receive any green sauce. Probably won’t order from here again.
SOOOO BAD EXPERIENCE! THERE WAS A COLOMBIAN LADY (I THINK SHE WAS THE SERVER) AND ANOTHER GIRL, THE PLACE WAS DIRTY, WHAT PISSSED ME ABOUT WAS I ORTHER MY FOOD TO GO AND THEY TOOK IT AND MY FOOD WAS SITTING THERE FOR 10 minutes or so, MY TABLE WAS SO DIRTY! Me and my husband ordered Parihuela on 11/16/2022 from this restaurant Riko Peruvian Cuisine. We were so disappointed of the soup that had a lot of calamari but they didn’t add crabs that is supposed to be like Peruvian Parihuela soup. I don’t recommend to order this soup from this restaurant. Moreover, my husband called them for pre-order pick up at 5: 55PM and then we came at 6: 30 to that place to pick up and pay, but we still had to wait…. I wanted to save my time. Also, price for this soup is very expensive because it didn’t have crabs, and flavor was not as we expected. In menu Parihuela costs $21.95, but it is not worth it. For 2 soups we paid $47.80. So I feel that I got robbed, cuz I was expecting variety of seafood including crabs
Really bad experience, the server took advantage of the tip situation included on the bill. Which is a scam when you pay they ask for tip again. I pay the tip twice without noticing. I don’t appreciate dishonesty he deserved a good 20%. But no twice that amount.
A little noisy for my taste but ok for young people. Service was ok, I need to taste other dishes
Service was good, happy hrs drinks good too ($6) but the food was a su$&- apparently the menu is not specific either I tried Lomo salteado and they changed double that menu marked! And changed 22% services automatically 1 ceviche 1 lomo salteado 3 happy hrs drinks = $83

I had the Papa a la Huancaina (boiled egg with cream sauce) added some Aji Verde, had and the Lomo Saltado and of course finished with Alfajores.
It was wonderful and has been the BEST meal I have had during my 5 day stay in NYC!
