11 Pharmacist was the rudest person
I ever had to deal with when helping a customer, gain better customer service skills
First and foremost: the female pharmacist and the store staff are polite and helpful. The rest of the pharmacy staff, however, are rude, lazy, unhelpful, and absolutely unprofessional.
I am constantly being told my medication will be ready only to be told it isn't when I show up to get it. The last straw came when I submitted my refill only for it not to be ordered until five days later. I came in three times over the course of almost two weeks up pick it up and was given excuse after excuse about why it wasn't ready until I discovered it hadn't even been ordered until days after I refilled it. This is entirely unacceptable. The two pharmacy employees I spoke to were rude and short and had no answer as to why my medicine wasn't ordered on time. I am switching pharmacies and never coming back. Get your act together.
I will preface this review by stating the pharmacist themselves, and the non-pharmacy staff are all fantastic. Unfortunately, the rest of the pharmacy staff are the rudest, laziest group of people we have ever dealt with. Between taking forever to order refills and claiming each time that it will "be in this afternoon", and finding out it took them 5 days to even order the medication, to attitudes to asked questions, we will not be doing business here any longer. I recommend finding any other pharmacy to do business with.
Pharmacist is the rudest, nosiest person I've ever met. Will never use their pharmacy again. Save your temper folks. If I could put no stars I would
This pharmacy sucks! They never notify you when you're prescription is not covered by your insurance. My doctor was never notified either. My doctor has to keep calling them to find out if it was filled or not. Usually all generic drugs are covered under my insurance so if a doctor called over a name brand one my insurance should cover the generic one. I do not recommend this pharmacy
I used to love this establishment but not anymore. They are always saying how short handed they are. I have submitted several resumes for pharmacy and front end. I had a very unprofessional interview with, I assume, the store manager (she never told me her name). It lasted about 8 minutes and she knew I had a little bit of experience in the pharmacy and a lot of front end experience. She did give me a positive vibe at the end but then sent an automated rejection email not even day later. I was willing to work both ends of the store and I had started pharmacy work at a Riteaid in 2020but had to leave for personal reasons, which I was very honest with her about. I know the pharmacy could have used me and I have been trying very hard to get backto pharmacy work. If she based her decision on the fact that I had to leave the other Riteaid quickly, I explained the circumstances were beyond my control. In any event, I was hired by CVS, with better pay. Those poor pharmacy workers at Riteaud, are being overworked. Maybe they wouldn't be, if they hired people who are going to STAY.
Want to be late for work? Stop here beforehand to pick up a prescription! 17 minutes at the drive-thru window, and I was the second car in line.
The riteaid on west main is great most of the time. Some of the pharmacy employees could use a communications training course though. One will tell you that your prescription will be ready in xx minutes and another will tell you itll be ready in xx hours. Other than that, it's a great store.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR MEDS.i’ve been going here for a year and EVERY single time i come in, my script is never ready.they take FOREVER.so if you want your time wasted.go here.i’d give zero stars if i could.
Went to get a covid shot, the guy with the man bun and tattoos i believe he's the pharmacist there was just down right rude. Felt very uncomfortable the way he treated
me and the lady Infront of me. We asked a simple question and he just lost it on us. I would like to be contacted by the company and would like someone to do something about this
The store is clean and associates are friendly when you finally locate them. Today, and on previous visits, when I approach the front desk no one is there to ring up my purchases. That would be ok IF there was a bell or a button to alert associates a customer is at the register. No customer should have to walk throughout the store looking for the cashier. I used to work at a Rite Aide in another state, both up front and back in the pharmacy. We had a small, not too annoying bell which helped us multitask and still be on hand to cash people out. It made it much easier for both employees and customers.
