Rite Aid, Williamsville NY

I always receive friendly, caring and prompt service at the pharmacy and the store has products I can’t find elsewhere.

Dont use this rite aid for vaccinations. Im sitting and waiting for my second shingles shot. They have left me sitting for 35 minutes so far. They should have told me there would be a long wait. I came at a good time when they should have been slower. If they told me id waimore than 15 minutes i woyls have come bsck. Now they have my signed form and i have to stick it out.

The pharmacist Lisa went out of her way, doing something she had no obligation to do, 1 hour before I left the state for Christmas a few days ago. She helped me get my medication filled, and without it I would have had to cause my family to stay home and be apart. She worked out everything and filled it immediately, and when I told her on the phone that “I guess I’ll have to figure it out” (getting the script sent to another state), and she refused, saying she doesn’t want me to be without the medicine I need and “she will take care of it”, and she did immediately. This is the type of medical professional I aspire to be. Amazing people

Had my flu shot today and the young pharmacist Molly, who was in her rotation there from UB took care of me. I can't say enough about Molly who took the time to kindly answer all my questions thoroughly with such care and compassion.
