I’ve never done a review before but this place is horrible. The manager and the rest of the workers are rude and uneducated.

Not bad but most of the time, they only have one register open & the lines are way too long so I end up staying in there longer than I need to

The New Manager Christine Is Brutally Rude, Very Mean. Because of her lack of customer service I don’t wanna shop there no more.

Bad service.nasty.staff feel like they are doing you a favor by working their.very rude.never answer the call.even if without my prescription I will never shop their any more. I started using walgreens about 2 blocks away (big difference)

In all my years of shopping at Rite Aid, I have never encountered anyone as disgustingly rude as that new store "manager". Rite Aid needs to invest in hiring a different manager to represent them.

The worse Pharmacy service ever; they don't even notify you when they are out of a drug and just let your prescription sits there to rott. Will never use their services again. Thanks!

I’m really disappointed in this Riteaid. I’ve been living in Canarsie for many years and only once have I seen the store being managed correctly. Sadly it didn’t last too long and ended when the manager was changed earlier last year. The light skin young manager who was middle eastern (I could tell by his name that was on the window) had this store in the best shape I’ve ever seen it. It was cleaned, organized, well stocked and welcoming. He was very respectful, listened to his customers, and always out there on the floor working. The store was even opened earlier which was great and convenient at the time. Now it’s in the same shape I have always remembered it to be, HORRIBLE. It sad how great the store was, to turn around and be like this now. The store manager is barely seen in the store at all and it shows.

The manager for this location needs to hire people badly. Long lines. Seriously, get your medications then get out.

Horrible service at the pharmacy. Their confidence is disproportionate to their efficiency (not in a good way). I wish ratings had negative options. If you can find somewhere else, I advise you to go there.

Want to buy something here, except a long wait at the cashier. No more than one cashier. If you're lucky you just might get two.

I get to the door at 9: 53pm and the worker (a male with a high top fade hair cut) is locking the door. I knock on the door and he tells me they are closed but yet they close at 10pm! I had 8 mins to get my stuff and go! The worst part is that he laughed as he was walking off. What kind of people you hire here rite aid?

Extremely long lines with one cashier, most of the times I've been there I end up putting down my items and walking out. The staff is either unable or unwilling to help. Forget about calling the pharmacy in the back because they never answer the damn phone. I would rate it -5 stars if I could

Horrible, horrible customer service. Between the busy lines and them hanging up on me and the stink attitudes from the pharmacy dept, I am taking my business to CVS. I hate to even give them 1 star.

I live just one block away and not even that can save my opinion of this place. Never answers phones, so you'll have to wait in an obnoxiously long line just to hear that they're not willing to help. Continually understaffed, so prepare to spend at least 20 minutes picking up a prescription or a bag of chips at any given time, cause hose lines get LOOOONG. I got so tired of it that id rather just go all the way to the Duane reade on Ralph than walk the half block to this terrible pharmacy.

There is always a long line at this place. The customer experience is not well catered for at this location. I really hate having to come to this Rite Aid location to see a painfully long line EVERY TIME. Poor management for a store which seems to have a decent budget for an extra worker to cash out customers.

Being blunt with this one, but there's always one person at the cash register literally always one lines will be from the cash register to the pharmacy department. The waits are terrible but it's the only one I can find in canarsie so I have to do with.
