Rite Aid / Walgreens Pharmacy, Brooklyn NY

Covid Vaccine review only: Do not book here. It’s an hour past my appointment time and I’m still waiting with a dozen people in front of me to get my shot. Pharmacy folks are kind but woefully understaffed. Huge line. Go anywhere else

Forget about calling, unless, you have a half hour to.kill

Slooow line. Pharmacy is not very customer friendly. Serviceable for what you might need. Just manage your expectations.

There have been like 4-5 separate occasions when I’ve had to exit the checkout line at this place because they are sooooo slow

Liked this store better when it was Rite aide. Prices were better, selection of merchandise better.

Ever since the change from RiteAid to Walgreens the service has gotten worse I've called pharmacy and been kept on hold over and over 25-45 minutes 4x a day for 2 days in the past pharmacist were very helpful

Tamica and Muhammad in the photo department are absolute pros and if Walgreens doesn't promote them & give them a raise I may try and poach them to work for my small biz in the neighborhood. They restored my faith in Walgreens after a poor experience at their Park slope location.

One of the rudest staff I’ve encountered. I’ve tried three times over a year and always the same experience. You’d think I’d asked them to change their Friday night plans, not ask to pickup my order.

Rite Aid they would pick up in pharmacy right away, I have been on hold for about 15 minutes each time since it has changed to Walgreens. And no the automated chic didn’t do sh*t or find my prescription

The downstairs cashiers are as dumb as rocks and disgustingly rude. However the upstairs pharmacy is full of courteous professional staff. What a dichotomy

The pharmacy staff is rude, slow and just kind of strange all around. I was the only person on line, and it took a while for the two people behind the desk to even glance my way. The attitude was basically like they’re doing me a big favor, especially the hipster. All I wanted was my medicine and to gtf out of there. They were looking at me, walking back and forth, then they handed the instructions for the medicine separate from the medicine. Usually I get it in the bag for each medicine. At least they didn’t mess up my medicine, so that’s why 2 stars.

The clerk was rude and gave me a hard time with the return/exchange. When I was trying to buy my new items, the clerk rescanned the item I just returned because he wasn’t paying attention.

Not the main Rite Aid I shop at but my stop here was a good experience. I can't complain about it unless it happens to me. Staff was helpful and friendly as well. I went on a very busy day for the holiday season/Christmas time. So there was extra staff around to help out if needed. Rite Aid stores are mostly very good with their prices. They are in the moderate price range.

This stupid store, which was the only place nearby where I was partying that was still open and selling boooze, would not sell me beer even though I'm clearly over 21. Any idiot can see that. They also claimed I was visibly intoxicated. I was just a bit tipsy off a couple of izzles I downed with my homies earlier. The clerk was rude and acted like he had better things to do then serve the likes of me, probably racist against Juggalos. F this Rite Aid.

Fraud on my ATM card 2X at the ATM in this store, never been there. Hoping to get copies of security surveillance from 9/21/2016 at 2: 13pm

Love the staff and of course the pharmacy staff. Amazing and very involved with your care and health.

Very rude cashier. They make mistakes on charge. They even got upset at you if you ask them to get refund for wrong charge. They never apologize. You need to keep eye on your receipt

Without a doubt, this is the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. Go anywhere but here. They are rude, not very helpful, and take way too long to get your prescription that should already have been filled.
