Rite Aid reviews
7I would never recommend going in this Rite Aide. The employees are very, very rude and the store manager is just as rude. They all have a chip on there shoulder and act like there something special. I'm definitely calling corporate office to complain.
Love this Rite aid. Always clean store, friendly and helpful. Same thing goes for the pharmacy.
Went there to buy body soap Dove 22 FLOZ to be exact. After seeing that they charge $9 for it, I left. Drive to the nearest Target and purchased the same bottle of soap for $4 cheaper. I'll never spend money there again. Ripped off!
I've been using rite aid for years. This location on boulevard is slow and does not communicate w client. I've waited a week for a script and if I didn't call them I'd still be waiting ugh.
Stopped in for meds for my mom. I had to wait a few minutes, so I walked around. Two employees asked if I needed assistance. The store was very clean and organized. I decided to buy a few things I needed and although there was only one guy ahead of me, they opened a second register to help me out. Excellent store and excellent service in front and in the pharmacy.
Hardly a month goes by that they aren’t screwing up someone in the household’s prescriptions. Deleting scripts and telling me to call the doctor to resend the script when they were the ones to delete it, not letting me know when I’m out of refills like any other pharmacy I’ve ever used, let alone contacting the doctor for refills like our other pharmacy did. Getting texts that refills are ready when they aren’t, or not getting texts when they are ready, constantly having to request to be put back in the auto fill program when we’ve already been put on it repeatedly. I don’t understand how it’s possible for them to have as many issues as they do. And the staff isn’t very pleasant to deal with either. There’s one female who’s super polite but the rest are fairly rude.
