First time for me and my wife! Omg I love love loved the atmosphere! Music was AWESOME! Everyone was super social and friendly, the bartenders were amazing and super sweet. The mix of the crowd old young and all races mad it even better cause everyone just vibed and had a great time! We are native New Yorkers but live out of state now and can't wait to return and mingle with everyone again. If you're looking for a great nite out and meeting awesome people this is THEEEE PLACE! I highly recommend. Drinks are strong and not over priced either! Much love to this establishment you guys are truly awesome!

The worst place you want to Visit EVER. Looks fun but when you get Drugged and Robbed its Not that Fun. As a New Yorker I’m hoping no more people die at this place. It’s dangerous

Bad alcohol. Their gin was ethanol.

I was a barman in many great bars in the UK.

You’ll have a great headache the following day. I told them this, and they kicked me and my friend out.

Please don’t go here. It could kill you. This isn’t funny either. The people who supply this are criminals. You shouldn’t pay market prices for bad alcohol. It is not regulated. Get good alcohol from other bars.

The security guy is so racist and he behaved very badly and didnt let us enter the bar.the authority should take action against him.

My friend’s drink was spiked in this bar. When he left the bar he blacked out and he woke up in bed after 2 hours with his laptop and other expensive items gone.
Please don’t go to this bar.

Good venue with one of the only regular Brazilian themed nights weekly on Mondays.

Only issue is some water damage that needs to be addressed!

If you are a HK resident you know what I’m talking about. Tonite my friend and I went there - bartender served him ethanol that makes him feel sick. When asking about the drink they called security and ask us to leave - this is how many people who were robbed felt before the caos - be careful. 15 dollars for a drinks that it’s a drink is no fair

I always have a good time here, every night of the week there are people in there and generally pretty friendly and open to chat and dance with you

The security guy are the worst…. They should change there security person.we never go to the bar and we recommend not to go there if they don’t change their security guard.their security guards react as they are the owner of the bar …

Not a bad club. I mostly go there in Thursday nights to see Lanyé, however there are othere themed nights. The club can be empty in the weekdays but gets full after a certain time. Weekends are good too.

The drinks are expensive chile. Ensure you pre-game before coming to this one or try to catch the happy hour. I see a lot of people talking about getting drunk and not being aware of themselves within this space - that’s on you; I hole you keep that same energy in consideration of others within the space who drink but not to get drunk/don’t drink at all but come to party for a good time. Sometimes your inebriation ruins the experience of being in the club for others.

Jamaican music played on Thursday nights. The dancers are also fiiiine.

Racist place. The security it’s racist and it’s bothering the women all the time. The bartender Fred is rude and shouldn’t be working in a gay bar. The others bartender was nice tho.

Worst experience I've ever had.me and my friends got kicked out of the bar just because my ex is a bartenter and he was dying of jealousy to see me having fun with my friends. The ritz was a special place for me, because it was where I found my community, my friends, when I moved to New York and didn't know anyone. We love Isabela Rio and that's why I used to go to the bar often. But after bartender Frederick kicks us out and calls security to get us out of the party, this place is dead to me. Detail: There was no reason for him take us out of the party. I wasn't causing trouble, I wasn't teasing anyone, I was just on the dance floor having fun with my friends and enjoying Isabela's Halloween party. I was coerced and blackmailed in the middle of the dance floor by bartender Frederick. I hope the bar management takes action.

Stopped in yesterday to grab a drink, there were five people already seated drinking, the person behind the counter was so divested in their phone they never looked up, we sat there for 8 minutes first just to see if he'd ever look up, to no avail he looked the opposite direction and found another spot in the corner to be in his phone, we stayed a total of twelve minutes & just left because I knew I would've had some choice words had we stayed.

These people discriminate based on skin color. They randomly call black men drug dealers for no reason and there are videos online to prove it. That's so messed up.
