I have lived here 7 years and 3 different sets of owners and have no major complaints. The rent is fair, upkeep is good, and maintenance shows up quickly for problems.

Owners are wonderful! View is amazing. Very pet friendly. Close to stores and other entertainment. Park next door with a trail that leads to the falls. Nice and quiet area. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I love my apartment, it’s newly updated and the owners are wonderful. I recommend it to anyone.
