Riverdale Comprehensive Dentistry, Bronx NY

My name is Ron Tarlaian (Jo Ann Thomas’ husband) and I want to thank everyone at RCD for their helpfulness, especially Evelyn (office manager) for going out of their way and welcoming me as a new patient. Ms. Evelyn informed me of my insurance coverage and helped me schedule the necessary dental appointments. Even though visiting the dentist is not fun, Evelyn and RCD made it a pleasant experience. Thanks so much.

Such a great office! I actually look forward to going to the dentist. The doctors and staff are top notch- thank you Stephanie for always being so pleasant! Always a wonderful experience for myself and the kids.

Dr. Asadi (owner) 'teeth-shamed' me. She had opportunities to be kind, caring and professional - she did the opposite, telling me "your mouth is a mess, you should have come sooner". It's like going to a gym and being called fat by the trainers!
I asked her how much root-canal procedures are, she replied "you are asking me the wrong questions.you are lucky that we could see you today". She was also condescending to her staff (loudly) for over-booking her on a Monday - I could hear her complaining in the next room. This was two weeks ago. I arrived in severe pain and left in severe pain.
If you want to be treated poorly while listening to loud R&B music, this is the place for you!
I've had satisfactory experiences here until a few weeks ago. I urge you to go elsewhere.
The front-desk staff is kind. Unfortunately, they're not the reason to visit. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I recently got my two front teeth crowns replaced. I had previous ones re-done a few years ago that were causing me pain and discomfort. They just didn't look natural and made my smile appear weird and discolored. I went in and was told I could get them re-done in a better fashion. Dr. Asadi did the most amazing job. She really took her time and went over every detail before setting them in permanently. She took into account my smile, the color of my natural teeth, the sizing and just overall presentation of it. When it was all done I could barely even tell a difference. The crowns looked seamless, as if they were my natural two front teeth. I cannot thank Dr. Asadi enough for helping me in more ways than one. She is excellent at what she does and has a real passion. I would highly recommend going to her for any cosmetic needs. She is truly the best.

From the oral surgery performed by Dr. Gomez to the 4 individual implants I have absolutely no complaints about the professionalism and quality of work done.
Dr. Shahla Asadi went above and beyond to get the bite right and she did! I’m not easily impressed but was by her strive for perfection. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing similar dental work.

Today I saw Hygienist Kelly and Dr. Asadi. Kelly took the time to complete a thorough cleaning and answer the questions I had. Dr. Asadi was very complete in her exam as well. The office is very communicative and accommodating.

Created a great crown for me right on site. Really friendly caring staff. Most important they stand by their work.

Kelly was a great dental hygienist! Dr. Asadi was as professional as usual and always a pleasure to visit.

My experience at Riverdale Comprehensive Dentistry was"Great. " Personally I do not like going to the dentist. However, my visit last week was amazing. Shall I say the best in over 50 years. The hygienist Tameil was the best. She rocked! She cleaned my goonies without incident. I will definitely be coming back for my second cleanings, and future. Tameil's professionalism, and paying attention to detail, asking questions etc.made me feel relaxed and comfortable. In addition, the entire staff is awesome. Including Dr. Katz, Tiffany, Evelyn and Rossy. Each one is very diligent at keeping me abreast of my appointments. And accommodating me due to my hectic work schedule. Also taking the time to provide a breakdown of what plans of action is best for my needs. I love that! If anyone is looking for a clean environment and friendly staff Riverdale is the place. I thank you guys for all that you do!

Dentistry recommended by my daughter in law. This is my 1st crown. Had the root canal done elswhere. Despite my fears, almost everyone i interracted with has been reassuring, patient & thorough. Can't say enough positive things about, Office Manager: Evelyn - personable, professional & reasonable/compassionate individual. Dr Desai - very patient, professional & thorough. Dr. Klien - very thorough; & last but not least, Stephanie - very patient & professional. I still have a slight issue, which perhaps will resolve on own or i will contact them. Im pretty confident they will make every effort to resolve, if necessary. Overall numerous visits, but positive experience.

Evelyn is very pleasant clinical coordinator, she was great scheduling and billing. I loved her! Everything in place and organized. Also the Dr.was fantastic! Even the assistant. The way they explained step by step, and the patience they have is unbelievable! Definitely they made me over come my fear for dentist appointments! I will stick with them forever!

I’ve been coming to Riverdale Comprehensive Dentistry for a few years to have regular cleanings and have always had a great experience — especially being someone who doesn’t love the dentist. However, I recently needed two veneers and Dr. Asadi went above and beyond what I thought could be possible. She was able to match my other teeth perfectly and make my smile looks seamless and natural. Dr. Asadi is definitely who you want to go to if you want a smile you can feel confident about and I couldn’t recommend her more.

Kind, compassionate, and incredibly efficient! Dr. Asadi completed my crown in one day, no outside lab needed! Made a difficult fit (short back tooth) seem easy. Dr. Asadi is skillful dentist with the hands of an artist. Dr. Asadi, thank you for taking care of me.

This is my first time at the dentist in years. Years! Kelly the dental hygienist was absolutely amazing! I went in there with so much anxiety (dentists just freak me out!), and she was so calm and patient and thorough, and did I say patient? ! I would completely recommend!

Me and daughter is coming over last few years and we both very good experience here.
All staff are very friendly. Also they weekends open so it is very convenient for us to come for our appointments.
