So where do I start? This dealership has zero loaner cars which is a super inconvenience to us customers who paid upfront t for warranties etc? Also I brought in for a stereo issue that was not resolved and told the reader states 3 modules are throwing codes but could not pen point which one at this time? This dealership needs a tuning up with customer service and loaner cars asap

I think it's disastrous to pay $2,300 for repairing my truck after three days. The problem returns. I'm going back to the dealership and the person who attends me says that I have to pay an extra $950 dollars for something they were supposed to check if they checked it.

Saw a really nice looking Buick and for first time after 60 years of really thinking about cars to acquire Just said. OK, let's have that nice RED car. Everyone jumped on it and in about an hour we drove it home. AND am happy with every aspect of it. BTW the first car I can remember family having was a 4 door green and white 1954 BUICK special sedan.

I was refered by a friend when i was thinking about buying a new truck. I met Mark one of the salesmen, great guy.he helped me pick out the exact truck i needed and had it ready the next day.

I owe Riverthead Buick GMC, their stellar manager, Steve, and the mechanic/s that worked on my car; when things start to look up, Riverhead Buck GMC are the first ones I will go to in future for service, repair, and purchase of a vehicle and parts. I won't forget how generous, flexible, and generous they were with me. I will make sure I repay them properly in the future.

Easy, Comfortable, Fair, Accommodating and in the end an enjoyable overall purchasing experience. The salesman and finance guy were loaded with personality but without the normal high pressure sales demeanor we are used to. We have purchased many cars over our lifetime and this was by far the most straightforward and painless experience we have seen. I highly recommend this dealership!

Joe was fantastic, very personable and worked with me on getting the car I wanted. He was kind and not forceful or pushy like a lot of dealerships. He helped with everything!

No fault to salesman. Or GM but when other new trucks come in with what you order and a 90k vehicle doesn’t is absolutely insane. Hopefully this goes to the top of GMC management would love to chat. Dealership knows how to get ahold of me
