Great experience - death is never easy, but Riverside Memorial Chapel helps keep everything straight forward and the preparation for the cremation and Memorial service was seamless. Appreciate their approach to the end of life process we all unfortunately have to go through at some point.
Im really confused bc i was going to call and ask them about their services to plan a funeral then i saw the owner on tv saying he usually has 25-30 funerals at one time but then i walked by and the place looked like a ghost town. LITERALLY! Where are the body bags pilling up? Where are the families of the 75+ funerals the owner was talking about? Id hate to think the owner was using covid 19 as a way to get some free publicity. Exploiting the dead for profits? Not good karma! Although the owner was very convincing! Hes a good little actor! When all this covid madness dies down he should get an agent and capitalize on his talents (and leave the dead alone)
Poor crowd control, botched video recording, unavailable overflow capacity, chinchy choice of subcontractors. Good space, good basic protocol. Good middle people whose efforts are marred by its administration.
They are the most compassionate, professional in the business, we have had 8 family members buried from one of their locations, from 1953-2008. I personally knew Charles Rosenthal very well, he set extremely high standards for his company. Also know Charles Solomon who is leading the company to the highest degree of sensitivity in making families feel at ease, at this most difficult time in their lives.
