Riverview Organic Bed & Breakfast, Piermont NY

I had an outstanding stay at Riverview. The owner-operator is charming, helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making this a most wonderful and personalized experience for her guests. In addition to the scenic and beautiful accomondations, I booked a Feldenkrais session, which did wonders for my physical health both during and after my stay. I would not hesitate to go again - I left enchanted and refreshed. My stay at this unique venue was a little slice of heaven!

My husband and I stayed here for one night. It was a gorgeous view overlooking the River behind and the breakfast was absolutely lovely and specific to our needs. Thank you for the dinner suggestion and for the lovely hospitality. The sheets are so comfortable and soft. Thank you again!

I stayed for a long weekend in the Alida's Suite and had a great experience. The owner, Carolla, is courteous, knowledgeable, and prepares a tasty and healthy breakfast. The RiverView is located on a beautiful and convenient street just a 5-10 minute walk from Piermont Landing, making it a comfortable home-away-from-home to explore the Hudson Valley area then return to for dinner. I booked a stay at the RiverView hoping for an idyllic autumn trip and could not have asked for more. When I decide to stay in Hudson Valley again in the future, I will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay, would absolutely stay again! The room was beautiful, clean and charming. So nice to enjoy the porch right next to the river.

My husband, Paul, and I, Carol, found Riverview Organic Bed & Breakfast to be a charming, comfortable, interesting property that backs up to a tidal creek, nestled in an historic Piermont neighborhood. Gracious hospitality is extended by the hard-working owner who offers delicious breakfasts, ironed bed linens, and wonderful collections of art and antiques for the guest to enjoy in each room. It's an easy stroll into town among the historic homes where one may enjoy the several restaurants, some of which are right along the Hudson River, many shops, or a good long walk on the pier.

I love this place! Sadly, it was just a quick overnight for me. The Firehouse Suite is incredible. On the second floor, its windows are directly above the tidal creek the old firehouse building is perched above. It has a spacious and comfortable living room, fantastic kitchen with a small table and window over the street side, and a very cozy bedroom with a comfortable mattress. The shower is tight but works nicely and the toilet is a separate little room with a sink, my favorite design. All of the interior work is top notch. If you like historic and cozy, book it!

And not least, Carolla made an early breakfast for me. She did eggs in herbs and sprouted English muffins with butter and jamb. So good. And she is a delightful host!

Wonderful space and ambiance! My girlfriend and I enjoyed every moment. The host even sold us some cheese that she made and it's to DIE for.

My husband and I wanted a quiet weekend away in a comfortable place and we found just that in Carolla’s Riverview B & B. The space was beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities; a comfortable bed, high quality linens, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Although we didn’t cook because Carolla made us two tasty breakfasts that we were able to enjoy on the little porch overlooking the creek. The location is quiet and only a 7 minute walk into the quaint village of Piermont. There are a number of restaurants, shops and cafes in this friendly town. We really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I have stayed at Carolla's bed and breakfast twice now! She is a wonderful host, and truly makes you feel at home. Breakfast is always delicious. If you are lucky enough to eat outside on the small deck, it gives you a very nice morning overlooking the water.

Carolla is very accommodating, and she really did her best to ensure that we had a great time. We will surely be back for a third visit!

Carola was quite lovely, we had so much to chat about as we are like minded. The rooms were emasculate, she even ironed the sheets!

Carolla is a great host. Alida's Suite was perfect for the two of us with a comfortable queen bed and a beautifully decorated sitting room with breakfast area. Breakfast each morning served as we wanted it and when we wanted it. Just a short walk to the restaurants and bars in Piermont and to the vistas of the Hudson River. So much nicer than the generic hotels and motels in Nyack and Nanuet, and very reasonably priced.

My wife, 14 year old daughter and I had a marvelous time at this lovely little B and B located a short walk from the quaint little town of Piermont and the pier. Corolla made us feel so welcome, like old friends. She has that Dutch style way about her - very European - fresh coffee and nice little homemade breakfast every morning. We stayed on the second floor with a great view of the brook behind the house where we could hear the water go by and watch the ducks. We stayed over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Great 'launchpad' into Tappan, Stony Point, Sleepy Hollow and of course, the City.

We had a wonderful experience here and will definitely be back. The firehouse suite was very comfortable, has a living room and beautiful kitchen, breakfast nook. Our host Corolla was so sweet, we enjoyed getting to know her and she even welcomed our 3 year old and puppy into her home. She made delicious breakfast for us! One of the best places I’ve stayed at. Thank you Corolla for everything!

We spent 2 wonderful nights at the Riverview. The smaller suite was perfect for us. It has a unique kitchenette, contains a sink, refrigerator/ freezer and a microwave. Very European! The suite was immaculate. Very comfortable furnishings. Need to mention - pet friendly.

I wish I could give this B&B more than 5 stars. We stayed here the end of October and it was absolutely wonderful. Our host was so sweet and accommodating especially with our pups! The suite was immaculate and so comfortable and cozy. Such a quaint and quirky little spot. Great location for our adventures in Sleepy Hollow and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our host also made us the best breakfasts! We look forward to coming back again!
