The best training experience I've ever had! Rhonda is a great trainer and even a better person, it's like exercising with your best friend.
Update 2022: she offers online training as well and playground and park workouts

If you’re the type to want to be in a judgement free gym, this is where you want to be. I’ve met a handful of people at this gym already that are extremely kind and helpful with everything and that’s just the members to begin with. Their staff is very attentive and seems to be well put together, and the manager was a blessing in disguise.

Working out with Rhonda has been great for both my physical and mental health. When we started I had no starting strength and was really out of shape from being at home all pandemic. Going from pushups on my knees, to using my couch as a base, to doing pushups during warmup burpees has been such amazing progress to see and feel! She uses items you have already in your apartment to make the most out of the session, and when the weather is nice she even brings equipment to workout at the playground near my apartment. She always includes a stretching post workout but you will definitely feel the burn after each session. Highly recommend!

I am 74 years old and was in the hospital with the Covid-19 Virus and lost my wife to the Virus. When I came out of the hospital, I was physically weak and my sense of balance was off. I hired Rhonda and with her expert training and guidance, I have regained my strength, balance and confidence in myself. I will be forever grateful to her

Working out with RJs personal fitness has helped me keep up with my workout routine. Rhonda is very productive and professional. I recommend working out with Rhonda she makes it very easy 2 follow her routine.

I come here every day for my training. There is no criticism in this gym. There are of friendly members and great equipment. I recommend RJ's Personal Fitness to anyone looking for a welcoming place to exercise.

I have been training with: Rhonda for about 6 months plus. She is a great motivator and truly cares about the health and well being of her clients. She is truly dedicated and has really great and challenging workouts. She is great choice for anyone wanting to start their first journey. Rhonda is a great all around fitness instructor.

Working out with Rhonda is always a lot of fun, and never feels like a chore. We chat and laugh and listen to music and before I know it the hour has flown by. As a trainer, she knows how to gently push me to keep challenging myself and get stronger without ever making me feel overwhelmed. I've tried different classes and gym memberships, and never really felt like going back after a while, but with Rhonda it feels more like hanging out with a friend who just happens to sneak in a great workout without me ever really noticing:). Thanks Rhonda!

Rhonda is an amazing personal trainer, her workouts are challenging but fun, while working out we have varies conversations which makes it feel like you aren’t even working out which is great!

Rhonda is not only an amazing trainer but she’s become a great friend! I used to hate working out but she makes it fun and now she’s apart of my weekly routine. She has taught me so much, I couldn’t imagine not working out with her! ️

I have worked with Rhonda for a few years and she is an amazing trainer. She works with you and your needs. Every session is different and works different areas of the body. She is knowledgeable, fun, and works your butt off!

I am a102-year old-man and I am training with Ronda for more than five years (started September 2013). From the beginnig I have realized that I have made the right choice selecting Rhonda for my personal trainer. She is very professional and knowledgeable and with a personality that made it easy to develop a real friendship with her. She created a training program for me, gradually changing it, so after five years I can truly say: "one hundred and two is just a number".

The New Year began and so did my weight loss journey, isn't that an unusual coincidence? ;-) As a millennial, I went straight to Google and Yelp to help me locate a personal trainer that was local, well reviewed and affordable. I thank the Yelp Gods for introducing me to Rhonda! I called her initially and I could have spent all day on the phone with her-I knew from her voice that she was a gem and that this would be a perfect fit. Fast forward to finally meeting her for a consultation in her clean, spacious and lovely smelling apartment. We sat down and thoroughly discussed my history, my goals and much, much more. She's a darling to talk to as you'll learn if you decide to train with her. Don't let her absolutely warm persona make you feel that she won't get you fit though! Rhonda is the textbook definition of a real personal trainer and then some! I was delightfully sore for three days after our first session. For me, I like that she's NOT one of these Instagram fitness "influencers, " not a crossfit junkie, not some drill sergeant gym rat who I dread visiting. Rhonda is balanced, wise, legit and I really appreciate her approach to fitness. No workout is the same, the music is fun and old school, the muscles are sore, and the stretching is divine (it's probably my favorite part of our session). And can I just say that I value that she welcomes a payment plan? For a graduate student like me, this is the holy grail of personal training. I'm just starting out with her but I'm confident I'll be a loyal customer!

Rhonda is very skilled and a pleasure to work with. She suggested exercise routines which were appropriate for my fitness goals. I've had other personal trainers in the past but my form and my use of gym equipment were incorrect which caused me to have an injury.
Rhonda is a perfectionist and my form is now 100% better.
I highly recommend her for reaching your fitness goals. With Rhonda's pleasing personality you will also have fun while doing so.

Rhonda was my trainer for many years and I recommend her highly. There are only five stars on the rating scale but she actually deserves a ten! I am now living in Florida and I miss her terribly. She is extremely professional, has an in-depth knowledge of our anatomy and tailored my sessions to my own needs. Rhonda is fun to be with, our sessions went very quickly and my health improved. She is also a very good source for nutritional needs and gave me many tips. I’m thankful that Rhonda was in my life. You can’t miss! Oh and do I miss her stretching routine!

I have trained with Rhonda for many years and I consider her to be a good friend who likes to torture me twice a week.
I have seen the results and so have my friends and family. My energy level is up so now I can keep up with my 10 year old son.

Since my initial orientation with her, she heard my needs; why I needed a personal trainer and what were my goals. She lets me complain about all my ailments, arthritic knees mostly and adjusts the training if it is bothering me. I have accountability issues when it comes to exercise, hence I realized I needed a trainer that just doesn't let me off the hook easily and doesn't make me do routine workouts.
I have yet to repeat any of my workouts and they are never boring. I am not going to lie, she makes you work out hardcore, and she keeps me busy so the 60 Minutes fly by. She also gives me undivided attention, and is very flexible when it comes to scheduling sessions.

If you are looking for a personal trainer that actually cares about health/wellness/fitness and her clients. Look no further. I am very lucky to have found her. A hidden gem for sure and I will hope to continue my personal training adventure with her.

Rhonda is very energetic, outgoing and knows what she is doing. I enjoyed working out with her but did not reach my fitness goals as expected.
