They mow the complex horrible and trimming bushes awful and they never clean off our patios never it’s terrible awful service

Penfield road truck number 1001 going about 53 in a 35 mph zone following us at an unsafe distance. Maybe drive safer while in company truck.

Quality of their lawn care service has decreased significantly over the past 2 years. Leaving grass clippings all over our patio and only trim when they feel like it. They leave lawns with clumps of grass and don’t take the time to double cut if needed.

Really sloppy people that work for this company.where I live they jumped all over cutting bushes and never coming back to finish the job. Then when cutting if we don't get a good person that cutts the lawn. They miss spots and never clean the grass off side walks.

Must be hiring people with absolutely no common sense. I've complained before about their carelessness around mine and others vehicles. Was quite literally sitting in my car as an employee starts weedwacking, pelting the front and hood of my car with fertilizer and loose stone. What an absolute joke.

I just wanted to compliment this company for their professionalism. I live next to a senior community and walk my dogs there every day. While walking today there were about 6 or 7 people on their mowers and every single time I was approaching somebody who was mowing, if they were near me and my dogs at all, they would stop and turn their blades off. I wouldn't have been even remotely bothered if they had just continued mowing and in most cases they weren't really that close to me but I thought it was really cool that they did that. It was a very small gesture but I really appreciated how respectful they were as an entire company. I would definitely recommend R. M. Landscape to others solely based on my experience with them today

R. M. Landscape is a phenomenal company. As an employee and someone who has been in the industry for many years I can honestly say this company cares. They go above and beyond for not just their clients but their people. Not many companies give back and care about employees as I have seen here at RM. They work tirelessly to ensure your safety, growth and future success. With regards to customer satisfaction they are just as dedicated, ensuring safety, health, and longevity to the spaces they work. I would highly recommend them.
