3This attorney has been representing the seller of a home that we are buying with cash and has been completely unresponsive to our attorney. Closing was anticipated over a month ago and we have heard ZERO from him. Hate to have to review someone who may have a legit reason but ignoring our attorneys outreach is 100% unprofessional.
Showed up 2 hours late to our paperwork signing because he set up an appointment with a commercial client which obviously took priority over us.
After close we have had some questions regarding issues with the house and he has become completely unresponsive to the point where we had to find another attorney.
Assisted with closing on our first home, always very quick with answers to all my questions! Was very helpful with reviewing the closing documents.
