I am totally impressed with Mr David Pincus store manager Robert Marc Bleeker Store. David help me replace some lenses for my Robert Mark aviator sun glasses I purchased in Las Vegas in 2017. I attempted to clean some scratched on my lenses and in the process ruined them. After an internet search I filled out a customer request on the stores web site. The VERY NEXT DAY David responded and informed me he could order replacement lenses and I would need to send him my frames. He was more than happy to CUSTOM CUT the lenses and install them on my frames.as well as tune them up over all. I was a little hesitant in sending my frames but he assured me all would go smoothly. I received my sun glasses yesterday and let me tell you they have been restored to PERFECTION!

When i received my package I was in the process emailing David to request he send me and charge me for a Robert Marc protective case as I had long ago misplaced mine. To my utter surprise.upon opening the shipping packaging David had sent me not only a new "Robert Marc" case but a high quality lens cleaner!
Mr Pincus has me sold! I am most definitely a customer for life!
