Great experience! Clean, newly renovated office. Friendly staff and well organized. Michelle fit me in days earlier than my scheduled appointment because of discomfort I was experiencing due to an ingrown toenail. Dr. Castillo explained procedure and was knowledgeable and thorough. I have been coming to Bronx Foot Care for many years now. I love the orthotics I wear! I am very active and wearing these orthotics give me no knee pain anymore!

Why would Dr. Oropall tell me that my insurance would not cover my procedure, he didn't even try to run my insurance to see if they covered it. Instead he wants $575.00 dollars in cash, VERY DISAPPOINTED, I called my insurance, with my procedure codes and they cover everything. I would just have to pay $15.and i ask for HONESTY, looking for a new doctor

As someone who was having surgery for the first time, I can honestly say my experience was very positive. Michelle is just wonderful! Any questions or concerns you have she is right there to answer them! She made sure I was taken care of when it came to paperwork for my job. She even called me post surgery to see how I am doing! Best place ever. I went to another foot doctor close to my job for heel spur. The pain was so bad and it was going on for over 1 year and to no avail. So I decided to go back to Dr. Oropall and now my heel spur is much much better. SO I highly recommend Dr. Orapall. He is such a great Doctor. His staff were all friendly and VERY helpful, the waiting time is always short (at times no waiting at all), and Doctor Oropall was a delight. He was a true gentleman.
