Went there without reading the reviews and got exactly what 1 star reviews describe. Don't repeat my mistake and save your money.

Do not go to this store. They lied to me by charging so much money

Went to make a color copy, just a regular color copy.each costs $2.definitely don’t recommend, rude customer service and overpriced.if you need a color copy try going to brighton, they do color copies for. 10$)

If I could give negative stars I would. The man made a mistake telling me something was in stock and I showed up and not only was he not wearing a mask but he made rude remarks, laughed in my face, and wasted my time and money. NEVER shop here.

Very rude and inaccurate service. Was told on the phone that a battery was in stock so came a long way to get it, only to show up and be told by the same worker not wearing mask that they didn’t have it. He also muttered something rude to me on the way out.

In my opinion they are super great.

A place where you can take a photo on your passport or print from a flash drive. You can also buy photo albums, there is a large selection of photo frames. They work slowly and passport photos are not very high quality because they use the backlight incorrectly. It is better to take a passport photo on Brighton Beach, they take better photos (there is a photo studio right next to the subway).

After trying a number of disappointing Brooklyn photo labs, I only go to Robert’s Digital Lab now- they’re the only spot in this neighborhood that takes a proper passport photo the old fashioned way and they follow whatever guidelines they give you perfectly and they did an amazing baby passport photo for my daughter. They guarantee whatever nationality passport photo in accordance with consulate requisites; if the officials reject it when you submit it Robert’s Digital Lab will even take it again for free! Compared to other similar businesses the pricing is fair, they answer your questions honestly and courteously and the portrait studio is really cute. I love browsing their variety of frames and photo albums. Even the music they play in there is relaxing. A true Midwood gem!

Way to overpriced i got a passport photo it was 2 minimum for 13 bucks and only tells me after?

I had a horrible experience with the guy he wanted to charge me 60 bucks for a micro sd while on amazon for less than 20

I do not recommend it to anyone! If you value your time and money, go around this place. It's just awful. I made only 10 regular copies and I was billed for 9 dollars. 75 cents. There is no price.horror
