Rocapulco Supreme Car Service, Queens NY

Want to give a big shout out to Oscar and the team at Rocapulo. Our transportation to a family wedding this past Friday was a no show. We contacted Oscar and within 10 minutes they set us up with enough car space for 10+ people. I won't think twice the next time I need transportation on or off of the peninsula. Thank you again for taking care of us. Crisis averted!

Many thanks for the great service as always. I was stranded at 116th Street in the cold with barely any money in my account & a giant suitcase. They gave me a discounted ride to Breezy Point in the middle of the night!

What a wonderful experience, riding in a huge Cadillac. Roberto the driver was on time. I highly recommend them.

We had our car towed and found out late afternoon Sunday. Called Rocapulco to get a ride to Tow Company. Roberto couldn't have been nicer. The pickup was quick and he went out of his way to help us. I will definitely be calling again. Thank you Roberto.

This Car Service has gone down hill. Most cars are nasty and the ones that aren’t show up without TLC plates. Most drivers are rude. The men answering the phones if they even answer, are nasty. They're never on time there's never cars available. They tell you five minutes wait 25 minutes.
The car service owner is full of himself and wants way too much for services traveling out of Rockaway. I've tried to give them a chance many time but I always make it late to my ferry every morning that I have called them and I call well before hand to give time to them and myself. I reserved a car for the airport this morning, I called yesterday morning for 5: 15 am today. I really didn’t have to leave till about 5: 45 I gave them leeway on being late and I gave myself an on timeslot for myself to call Uber not to be late for my flight. When no one showed up I didn't even bother to call them. I just called Uber. I'm all about keeping the local businesses open but if they don't
want help themselves how can u help?

I gave one star because they answered the phone. After having arranged 4 days prior to my return for a car to meet me at JFK I waited 45 minutes and not once did anyone contact me to say they were on the way or to give me an estimate of arrival time. I had to call twice to see where they were and the last call was to advise that I was taking a cab, which by the way cost the same as what I was quoted by the car service, so who needs to wait 45 min.when the cabs are always there and the driver was extremely nice. I do try to support local businesses but not when I am treated poorly.

I waited in front of family dollar for about 15 minutes waiting on a black Ford when told to wait outside for 2 well never showed up on the coldest day of the year very poor service will never call again

Called and ordered a car to take me to the ferry. Waited 25 minutes and he never came. I called multiple times and kept getting told he was less than a mile away. 5 minutes before ferry was to leave I still wasn’t picked up. Then I called to cancel the car and was hung upon twice. Horrible experience.

My driver helped me out of the dentist after being under sedation not only were they on time 4 pick up but my driver came in to get me.he made me feel really comfortable like a dad the way this car service took care of me and they are our go to when we r going away on vacation amd need to be at the airport on time
