“DO NOT LET THEM WASH YOUR CLOTHES”. THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE IN NYC, EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS WAS TERRIBLE AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY CLOTHES

This laundromat is quite expensive. I brought 2 small bottles of detergent from them that was $10 each because the washers have different cycles when the detergent is used. So I basically wasted one whole container of detergent because normally when you start the washers you would put the soap after, but you have to wait until it gets to about 20 seconds after starting the machine before putting the detergent. The worker there at the time didn’t tell me anything and I told her when I walked in this was my first time here. She waited until after I priced the second bottle of detergent to let me know. On the bright side the dryers get really hot so your clothes will dry faster and you don’t have to add more money.

Its very unfortunate that i have to give this laundromat this rating. Ive been a good customer for a 1yr with no complaints. One year someone stole all of my children’s clothes out the dryer but i understood that there was nothing that they could do about it. But yesterday i went into the laundromat per usual to wash clothes and i notice a hike in prices of the machines. That didnt really bother me. What bothered me was the the lack of cleaniless, the lack of maintenance of the machines. THESE MACHINES ARE FILTHY! I wish i could post pictures of the mold in these machines! And on top of that i paid $10 for a medium large washer to not even wash my clothes! When i spoke to the woman on duty the only thing she said was “what am i suppose to do about that “? “ i can give you some dryer sheets to put in the dryer” LADY MY CLOTHES ARENT CLEAN! You talking about some dryer sheets. They dont clean and tend to these machines like theyre supposed to! But hike prices! Godforbid ur clothes dont get cleaned after spending your hard money, ur out of luck!

It’s been said that Marcia be losing people stuff and she has a Attitude and new management can’t handle they crazy employees.

Convenient since it's open 24 hours! Parking may be an issue for some.

This laundromat is always clean, staff is friendly, but the owner does not like to accommodate patrons when experiences issues with machine. Parking is available in the back. More importantly restroom is always clean.
