Rochester Airport Marriott

Love this hotel! We just stayed for the second time and it is super clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Love the pool and hot tub. Staff treated our children like royalty! Will definitely stay here again.

The customer service was top notch. The room was clean and comfy. Room service was fast and the food was delicious. Shuttle was quick and reliable. Will definitely stay there again!

My friend booked this hotel for her wedding weekend and all of her guests (over 50 out of town guests). The customer service was less than acceptable. The hotel had canceled guests rooms before arrival for a reason unknown to anyone, that had been booked through the wedding block. The BRIDES ROOM was booked incorrectly by staff and the best they could do was tell us to PAY for another room to “accommodate” us. It took multiple conversations, multiple phone calls to reach the general manager for them to help us in any way possible. Leading up to this weekend, they were NOT responsive at all. This hotel room was blocked in February and the wedding was in November. They had plenty of time to be ready for us! The night of the wedding we walked into our room and there was water pouring from the ceiling lights. The front desk said maintenance wasn’t available LOL! Complete disaster. They do not deserve any business.

This place is not particularly close to the airport but maybe we were on the opposite side from the main terminal? I enjoyed my stay here. The concierge lounge is open and has great, friendly service.

The best hotel bed I ever slept on! Location is so convenient being close to everything you could possibly need including the expressway. I have no complaints whatsoever. Would and will definitely stay here again!

People always make the difference and this Marriott is no exception. Jean (pronounced Jeanie) is the star of the show. She is the reason I prefer Marriott over Hilton having status at both. My room was clean and quiet. No issues. Chocolate Cake and Bourbon was a real treat.

We attended a wedding reception at this location. The wait staff was good and the pre-wedding event at the bar was fun.

This hotel is really nice and it offers a lot the workout room is really nice the pressure from the hotel is really nice and it does get hot which is really good. Sweet dreams and room works well really no issues the decor of the place is very nice and relaxing no microwave in a room you have to microwave downstairs. But the staff was very helpful and friendly laid everything out for my colleagues and I check in with ease I highly recommend this place for business or personal use. I can't wait till I come back again I'll send more pictures next time especially of the workout room and the grounds of the place.

I was surprised by the low staff performance and lack of accessories that I would have expected at a hotel of the class I thought Marriott was. We paid for a second room for family, provided everything to the front desk the morning before they checked in, and were assured they would be able to check in without us, but when they showed up the front desk refused to check them in without us.

After traveling almost 2000 miles, our previously booked hotel was disgusting and unaccomodating. A friend suggested this hotel, which would have normally been out of our budget.
We arrived late at night and the front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and offered a wonderful experience after such a horrible one with another hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The rate is too high and they say they offer continental breakfast online but when you get there you have to pay for it

Had a week long stay, while down for my daughter's graduation. Right from checking in, super late, our experience was great! Gentleman on the front desk had us laughing all the way to our room, missed his name, but he was awesome. Hotel was bright and clean. Pool and hot tub very relaxing. Hotel restaurants had great service and food. Our room was perfect, plenty of closet and dresser space. High pressure shower! And if thats not enough, terrific restaurants and tremendous shopping nearby. We will be staying here again, on our next visit! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The morning staff was awful. The night auditor didn't greet me as I approached the desk to check out and the person in the back came to the front desk and simply starred at me. What happened to customer service?
The rooms are dated and the cleanliness is nothing to be desired. I would not recommend thus hotel.

Air conditioner didn't work well. Double charged us for room. They fixed it after phone tag. Sent a receipt for one amount and actually took out 50. More out of Bank. That was for incidentals that were not used.

Bad- Only 1 elevator worked & it was slow
Good - Everything else. Front desk was great, quick & easy check in. Room was a nice size & clean, service from bar, restaurant & front desk was A-1. Lobby nice. Quiet hotel on a Friday & Saturday night. I’d come back

The lobby was really nice looking and the people working were kind and very helpful. But. The rooms were not what I thought they would be. I held them up to a higher standard before I arrived. Their double bedded rooms are small. I figured they would be the bigger rooms since they're supposed to fit more people. With 3 of us, it was cramped. The chair in the room was covered in stains. Also the breakfast was cold by the time we came down to eat and it wasn't that great over all. The free breakfast that other Marriott Brand hotels arrive are much better than what they had. I would suggest to go to a local restaurant instead. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center were really nice.

Eddie deserves 5 stars. He inherited a problem and came up with an amazing solution. He had empathy, responded professionally, and de-escalated the problem. Eddie should be in a position to mentor the other associates not to mention the daytime manager. Like I tell my associates. We can learn from each other no matter what position we hold.

Management is a disgrace to say the least. Turned my pregnant wife away from getting a room because there computer system was down. It's 2021, if a computer cripples the entire staff and hotel and billing and a key couldn't be figured out later when fixed you should just shut the hotel down. Pathetic!

Website said fridge in every room. There was one but not plugged in. Also promised robes but we're none in our room. Beautiful place to stay other than that.

Did not attempt to help me after a tired flight shouting at me, and not even at the front desk when I walked In. No name tag no professional uniform looked like he was sleeping then Grumpy shouted several
Times when I explained we have a corporate rate. This is the Marriott. Not days in. New employee needed. He will run people away instead of providing a solution. Kept saying he was the manager when clearly if this is true the position has went to his head. Employee needs name tag and proper uniform not a guy coming from the lobby area not willing to help guest. Not how I’m used to the
Marriott running and I’m a world traveler.
