Don’t let this place fool you this is creek view! They changed the name due to all the law sues, they treat there patients like zoo animals please don’t send your love ones here! They have patient’s dehydrated keep them on high doses of medicine that keeps them from striving and living. Please don’t send your love ones here.

Security was gracious directed me where i wanted to go. All workers on floors 3 and 1was cautious. Meeting the clients and putting a smile on there faces was a joy to my heart.

If it was possible to give this place zero stars, that is exactly what I would be leaving them. Maybe the 1 star should be for the management teams persistence at keeping someone there who was being completely neglected. My father was there for rehab from a fall. Whenever he used the call bell for help the staff would not come. He had MANY falls while there, the final fall causes a brain bleed and stroke. He now is unable to move or speak due to their terrible neglectful lack of help. Do NOT send anyone you care about there!

I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. All the staff are very knowledgeable and provide genuine care for their patients. I am glad I found this place.

This place is one of the worst ever staff are rude and uncaring the food is atrocious! Couldn’t even get any ketchup was told they didn’t have any really!? Rehab is a joke. The only thing on the plus side is that it is relatively clean. Didn’t smell

Not sure of rating. Waiting for my mom to arrive and am kind of scared. The people working here look very un professional. Saggy pants and graphic tees and a sloppy look all around. Welcomed mom. Seemed very unorganized. Looks like leadership lacks. 2 Cnas complaining that something was not their job. Looks very scary

I love that this place offers such a love and care. I have such confidence that they will always be there for my loved one

We chose this faculty for my sister becouse its good loction for visters and alll the people working here are very helpfull

An absolute pleasure working with this facility! Administration and management staff are both knowledgeable and professional.

To be totally honest the staff was very kind and friendly. However the floor that my grandfather was on was absolutely horrendous and disgusting. Like I was on the verge of throwing up, it smelled terrible and was not cleaned very well. Quite frankly I was disappointed at the conditions he was put in. Don’t let these pictures on some of these other reviews fool you! Not all of the floors are the same, I understand if they were renovating the floor my grandfather was on, but it should NEVER smell like THAT. I would totally give this place a four star review just for the staff alone, though I can’t because the conditions are so bad.

This nursing home/ rehabilitation center is the worse, if I can give it 0 stars I would. Let’s start with the fact that they don’t assist in bathing or taking care of their patients. The facility in itself is digusting, no one cleans and the employees attitudes is beyond unprofessional. They have no consideration of the patients well being. Due to poor staffing, weekends they only have an aid and they aren’t even helpful. During the week if no family is attentive they neglect the patience. If you love your family, defiantly do not bring them here.

The cooks should be embarrassed to put out the food that they do its not fitfohuman consumption. Always something missing and tasteless.t. The staff does a decent job but under staffed on weekends.rehab center and therapist are good.cant wait to get home and havr a good meal!

This facility is the worst. They do not take care of the patients. If the family is not constantly paying attention they neglect. The building is filthy. They are extremely understaffed. All of the employees here have the worst attitude. I sent my family member here and regret it. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE
