I’ve been a patient of this practice for 23 years. My journey began with severe UC that warranted Jpouch surgery. I have had many interactions with the office staff, nurses and doctors - all of which have been positive. Dr. Ognibene has monitored my Jpouch since Dr. Rauh’s retirement. He has administered my pouchoscopies with great care and expertise. They have been painless and comfortable. Dr. Ognibene is both professional, and warm. He has a great bedside manner that exudes respect, compassion and approachability. I would trust this practice with the care of my loved ones and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their specialty. They took exceptionally good care of me when I was seriously ill and continue to provide excellent care.
Dr O'Neil, Jen, Charlene and Celeste were great. Very friendly. Made me feel comfortable for my 1st procedure there. I'm also very grateful there were only women in the room. Made me feel very comforted.
I will say though my experience with the consultant the week before wasn't as stellar but not necessarily bad. The Giants fan that checked me out was very nice though and made up for it. The day of my procedure everyone else was terrificl! I would recommend this practice and I will go back.
There is an extremely nasty, and unprofessional RN at the practice. When your butt is in the air do you want to be degraded and insulted during more than one visit? Despite the professional medical staff, meaning the physician and nurse practitioner being good, ditch this group. No patient should be talked at the way sarah talked to me.
Went here to have rubber bandings done by an assistant liesl hand, she barely used any lube and on my second banding she caused a small fissure that hurt for months. I never went back there again after that. Went to a new doctor and they used more lube and were much more on point with their work in that sensitive area. It scared me though because I go in for a small procedure and end up coming out with something worse.
