Dr Dow and his staff are extremely friendly. Dr Dow was very professional very caring focused and thorough.
He was extremely concerned about my comfort knowing how concerned and apprehensive I was about the root canal. But he made me feel very comfortable made sure that I didn't feel any pain. I would recommend Dr Dow to anyone that needed any work with their teeth. I was lucky to have him and his staff They also were very comforting.

Dr. Saisselin and his staff were all professional and efficient while also being friendly and engaging. I needed immediate attention and I got it—and never felt like I had put them out or caused the slightest disruption to their schedule. Dr. Saisselin’s demeanor put me at ease almost immediately and I had complete confidence in his skills. I would highly recommend this practice.

I had my first ever root canal yesterday. I had a lot of anxiety over it. I was referred to Rochester Endodontics by my dentist. I am thankful for that referral.

Dr. Dow performed the procedure, with lead dental assistant Heather. Dr. Dow and Heather are a *great* team. They are my first choice if I ever need another root canal (I HOPE NOT!).

Dr. Dow generously numbed the area before the work, and I felt very little of what was going on. Dr. Dow and Heather engaged in friendly banter between each other throughout the procedure, which really helped me take my mind off everything. They were funny and I even chuckled a few times, DURING a root canal!)

Nobody wants a root canal. However, Rochester Endodontics is the place to go when you find yourself needing one. Even if my dentist felt like performing a root canal, I would lean toward going back to these experts. You always have the best results when you go to someone whose specialty matches your needs.

Nobody ever wants to go to an endodontist, but when unrelenting tooth pain reduces you to tears, the biggest problem is getting an appointment fast. I contacted over eight local endodontic specialists, and all booked 1-2 weeks out. That is too long if you have a roaring infection. The staff at Rochester Endodontics called and said they thought of me when an earlier appointment opened up and I was able to get in sooner.

I have had at least six root canals in my life and probably have more crowns than British royalty. So I can speak from experience about evaluation and treatments. If you are a new patient, go to their website and fill out the new patient forms before you arrive because it will save you time.

When I did arrive, I was seen promptly. You will likely start with a 360-degree X-ray, the best technology available to see dental issues that may not appear on conventional bitewing X-rays. I wish this machine was better designed to handle guys with broad shoulders because it bumped into mine several times, but we managed to get through it.

I expected to receive a root canal, but the X-ray showed the tooth in question was previously treated, but had developed a fracture from the root tip up to the gum, which means only one thing: extraction. That is unfortunate, but I was glad the doctor spotted it before going through a costly retreatment that would have never been successful. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. I appreciated everything about my experience at Rochester Endodontics and would recommend them to anyone who needs specialized care for that aching tooth.

The root canal treatment on my upper molar start to finish took about an hour and was completely pain free, I did not even feel his local anesthesia injections.
The staff/team was very pleasant and knowledgable.
If you are nervous or in search of an Endodontist you can trust, look no further.

I had an amazing experience having a root canal done by Dr. Dow. I have had a lot of dental work done over the years, even a root canal which was done extremely wrong at another dentist's office, Dr. Dow explained everything, was very efficient, and was extremely caring. I had some anxiety due to my previous root canal experience but he helped me feel better about the whole process. His staff were just as caring. I received a text message the next day checking on me. Just an amazing experience. Highly recommend this office to anyone having to have a root canal done!

My son needed a root canal after breaking his tooth on a piece of candy. The entire staff made us feel welcomed and answered all of our questions. Dr. Dow was great with my son made him feel very comfortable and walked him through the procedure explaining what to expect. His assistant asked my son if he want to listen to music and asked what kind of music he liked they are very attentive to the patient's needs and making them feel comfortable. The receptionist Donna was very helpful on making sure his after care went smoothly explaining what to expect after the root canal. The practice also sent text messages checking in on my son pain level and seeing how he was doing.

I can't thank them all enough they went above and beyond.

Their administrative staff are very knowledgeable, provided great follow-up and upfront information about their policies so there were no surprises. They were able to get me in quickly as I had been experiencing discomfort for a number of weeks.

Dr. Dow and his assistant, Maria, were outstanding. Dr. Dow was extraordinary in his techniques... Felt seamless and very comfortable for me. So kind, patient, gentle and answered all my questions, concerns and over-the-top worries. They explained everything prior to performing, not only the root canal, but the imaging, anesthesia, etc. During the procedure they were always checking to ensure I was alright. Experienced virtually instant relief from the primary discomfort immediately following the root canal. This team certainly took the stigma away of having a root canal.

If you need a root canal, go to Dr. Dow. From the moment I made my first call, a very bad situation was made better. I was brought in very quickly for a consult (the very next day after seeing my dentist in fact). An appointment for a retreatment of a failed root canal (by another endodentist) was held for me for the very next day. Dr. Dow found the "hidden" root that was infected (and missed by another practice). Everyone associated with this group is compassionate and your comfort is their primary concern. I have received follow up phone calls asking how I am doing. Should I need another root canal in the future (not on this tooth now) i will only go to Dr. Dow

Root canals aren’t fun, and I traveled here to fix a root canal that did not go well with my regular dentist. Dr Dow and his team were welcoming, friendly and understanding. They took the time to explain the process and what they were doing, which was very comforting to me, as this was not the case with my last experience somewhere else.
