Rochester Environmental & Construction Group reviews
14Isaac heating and air conditioning referred me to your business. The assessment was timely and I was given all the information I requested.
He gave us different options of what we could do to remove the tiles. He listened to our concerns and was open and honest about the precautions they would take and what each process would entail! It is our first home so just being able to have that conversation with us was very very helpful! Thank you so much!
I received a quote for the work needed very quickly. The technicians were prompt, professional and proficient. The radon level was within safe range in less than 24 hours after installation. I am very satisfied with all aspects of the service.
Steve, John, and their team were so knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful with the 3 projects we had done through them. Highly recommend.
Great service and professional work. Steve Nardozzi was great and helpful to work with. Job got done on time and in a clean professional way!
Rochester Environmental and Construction Group removed an old heating system containing asbestos in my home following the Canandaigua flood that occurred on July 9. They came promptly and gave me a quote, kept in daily contact with me until the day of the removal, completed all work on time and followed up to ensure my satisfaction. The workers were on time, courteous throughout the process, and attended promptly to my requests. When finished, they left my home clean and ready for the next step of installing a new furnace. I am highly satisfied and recommend the company to others without reservation.
Great communication, job was very well done. They were responsive to cocerns. I would use them again without hesitation.
They were very responsive and adaptable to changes with the mitigation plans. The work was completed in a timely manner. They facilitated an HVAC contractor appointment to complement their work.
I was very pleased with the response from Rochester Expert Environmental. They were efficient and professional.
Great communication, professional service. They were able to fit me in earlier than expected and performed the job exactly as described, on schedule.
As a family, we live a busy life trying to balance working and kids. At certain times, unfortunate events happen which can disrupt the daily routine and create undo stress; Unfortunately we recently experienced one of those moments. A hidden pipe was leaking and getting progressively worse. It was dripping excessively and our finished basement drywall, as well as the wooden built in shelf were saturated and rotted out. Fear of the unknown set in, as we wondered if we were going to have mold issues after demo. Steve at Expert Environmental, answered the call and arrived on site quickly to evaluate. Expert Environmental, lead by Steve Nardozzi, is not your "cookie cutter" company. Steve is extremely knowledgeable, calm and well spoken. I was clearly a bit stressed and he managed to diffuse this emotion, ensuring that he would take if from here and guide me through the process with limited incremental effort from me. Steve did just that! He has significant contacts to navigate these situations and almost "magically" make these unfortunate and stressful events get handled and "disappear. " I unconditionally recommend this company and will certainly call them again if I encounter an unfortunate event like this again. Thank you Expert Environmental!
Completed preparation of our attic so the insulation contractor could safely complete their work.
Rochester Environmental has been a delight to work with. Their work and cleanup is outstanding. The NYS mold assessors who came after their job was completed made the comment that 'the attic wooden structure looked brand new! '
I contacted Rochester Environmental & Construction Group after one of those inexpensive 48 hour mail-in radon tests recommended radon remediation. John came out promptly, and pur together a proposal which addressed all my concerns about location, noise, and cost. Before having me sign the contract though, he loaned me a radon detector which I used to test for an extended and more accurate 2 month time period.
John explained that average readings over the long term are what counts and the extended test showed that remediation was not needed at this time.
I really appreciate this rare combination of honesty, courtesy, and professionalism and heartily recommend them without reservation.
