6This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I have been waiting a MONTH for paperwork to be completed by them. I have been calling daily for updates and have been told every time I call that they are putting this in as high priority and someone will call me back within 4 hours and not a single person has called me back in a month. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
This office is clean beautiful on the inside. Very disorganized office. However, this office will forget they scheduling one of your medical appts. Amir Mahmoud and Ahmed elk apery will make every effort to prescribe u painkillers but not stimulant's u really need!
My mother is a very sick lady who can't walk talk and is on a feeding tube she needs special equipment and every since her doctor left there she has had the worst service I've ever seen from a medical center I've been getting the run around for over 2months about her medical equipment that she needs I'm pulling my mom out this this facility and putting her in the care of park ridge because I no longer have faith that they can help her I would never in my life refer this place to anyone not even a dog
First the place is BEAUTIFUL. Extremely clean and super professional. So I just want to say ANDREA ESTES is AMAZING. Just her aura and genuine care was truly one of a kind. I haven’t been to the doctors this great since going to my pediatrician. I’m in my adult years. I really felt heard, cared, for and like I was genuinely taken care of. Overall amazing experience and she deserves a gold medal. The LPN that was in the room as well was great to she was from London. Thank you for making me feel we’ll understood and cared
I was just new here, They don’t refill your medication I call 4 times a day and get the run around and never call back it’s been over a week, switching to a new office as soon as I can find one
