Rochester Hearing and Speech Center, Webster NY

I had a problem with one hearing aid not working. Called the office, they got me right in, and the audiologist was able to fix it for me. Everyone in the office was helpful, friendly, and very professional.

Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and accommodating describe the staff at Rochester Hearing and Speech Center…from the front desk to the audiologists. They don’t push a specific product, but give you choices while explaining the pros and cons of each, such as hearing aides. I highly recommend them.

Very professional and did a wonderful job working with my son. There was some miscommunication about where the services were to take place on their end, which was an issue with our daycare. Otherwise a great experience.

Given the mediocre customer service experience post-pandemic with so many businesses, I was extremely pleased with how pleasant everyone was at the center. So very nice from the receptionist to the audiologist. They walk you through the entire hearing test process and every question I had was answered with patience and care. I highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the services our son received from the Rochester Hearing and Speech Center. Miss Deborah was amazing! She is very patient but also pushed our son when she knew he was capable. She also was a huge advocate for him for which we are so thankful!

My daughter receives speech therapy at the Webster location, and we have been so pleased with her progress.

They always taken their time with you to answer questions and they attempt the most reasonable route for needed repairs

My appointment was scheduled easily and accurately. The Dr.remembered me from my previous exam pre-COVID. She coordinated information with the appropriate ENT specialist. She took her time during the exam, explanation of results and answered my questions fully. The administrative assistant was equally competent and very pleasant.

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Wait time was minimal and the audiologist was friendly, thorough and informative.

Customer service very strong; time with the doctor was also very strong. She was very thorough in letting me know what my options are and reviewed the results of my hearing test. She also took time to discuss, not rush me through the testing and updating with me. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience at RH&S. My son (8) needed a hearing evaluation completed. They were amazing with him and we knew before we left what the results were and had a printed report mailed to our house within a week of the appointment. I would highly recommend using them.

I felt very comfortable and really trusted that they were being honest and direct with me. It's so sad that hearing devices do not have a high priority with insurance companies. They are so expensive that people do not afford the privilege of hearing clearly.

I brought my 83 y/o mother in for a hearing test and replacement for a lost hearing aid. We had an excellent experience and the doctor went out of her way to obtain some very old software to update my mother’s other hearing aid. I have had feedback from the assisted living facility where she lives that she is more engaged and seems more content with her improved hearing. Thank you!

My experience at Rochester Hearing and Speech Center (RHSC) was excellent. The audiology doctor gave very clear explanations of test results and options. She was extremely helpful with instructing me on how to use my new devices. A big factor for me in choosing RHSC was that the organization is a not-for-profit with a long history of service. I highly recommend them.

I have had my hearing aids for a couple of months and they are wonderful. The medical staff were very helpful in explaining the test results, the selection of the devices, as well as the care and operational features. I am very pleased and recommend Rochester Hearing and Speech for your individual needs!

My 4 year old goes to this location and is being helped by Ms. Deborah! We love her! Deborah goes above and beyond to help my daughter since she fronts her sounds and is hard to understand sometimes. My daughter is always excited to go see her and Deborah also helps to educate me for how to help my daughter with homework on what to practice at home. We go there twice a week for 30 minutes each and it’s been a great experience! Highly recommend!
