Rochester Regional Health Allergy & Rheumatology - Penfield/Linden Oaks

A friend of mine is a 90 year old elderly person. And had a very bad experience today. She was late because of traffic and was one minute past the 15 minute mark for being late because of traffic her appointment was at 300 and she got there at 316 and they would not take her because that's there policy. She's in a lot of pain and they said that they'll reschedule the appointment for October. What a joke.

What a joke. Scheduling problems, billing problems, a completely careless doctor who sat at his computer with his back to me and talked over me through the whole appointment, and a 0% masking rate among employees WHO INTERACT WITH IMMUNOCOMPROMISED PEOPLE EVERY DAY. Didn't even look at any of the medical history paperwork they made me fill out. I won't be back.

UPDATE: Was supposed to have a telehealth followup with Dr Chen today and never received a link or a phone call. How does this place have 200 admins but can't complete an appointment? Unbelievable.

The staff want to be helpful my daughter is on a ton of meds none seem to be working outside of one of them and she continues to get sick even after everything but they try idk

The doctors are all nasty, they have horrible attitudes. The nurse, Leslie Gacioch, should be fired immediately for how she treats people. Find a better place to go! Anywhere is better than here!

I have an infant struggling with allergies so bad he's getting weeping eczema all over his face arms and legs. I'm thankful the doctor got us on a different formula with a steroid cream, but they're still not trying to figure out what's causing the allergy. One nurse was scared to test him bc she's never tested a 5 month old. I need to know what is hurting my babies body!

They are nice enough but no matter what time of day the waiting is insane! They have absolutely no respect for people's time. Also all of the rooms are interior which gets very claustrophobic for a 3 hour challenge.

I've been bringing my son here for about a year now. The Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
However, the location is terrible. They need a larger office to accommodate more patients. They are open "late" until 4: 30 2x a week. On these days, there is often a 30+ minute wait before being seen by the nurses. There are approximately 25 chairs available in the waiting room for 50 patients and family members. Everyone is forced to sit in the hall, on the ground.
