Rochester regional Health laboratories

The ladies in here taking blood are so sweet. I don’t even write reviews often but they earned it. Made the experience of drawing my toddlers blood much more enjoyable and they had stickers for my 6 year old to keep her busy. Will be going back to this lab more often.

Terrible place! I wish I could give no stars! I waited for 20 mins without them even taking my name rude women working! I had to fast and drink something then wait an hour before getting the test and they wouldn’t help me! Worst place I have ever gone to get blood drawn!

Phebotomists were good and courteous but the front desk lady with red haired was rather rude with me over some misunderstanding. She also declined to give me her name but its ok I already spoke to her superiors I hope they take some action. If action is taken I will remove the score on this, but if I see no action then I keep it this way.
