11Great motel at a perfect location to everything in Alexandria Bay. I stayed in the 2 bed cottage it was very nice and was heated and air-conditioned. Great service and very nice staff. Can get a great rate if you book early.
What a find! Clean, comfortable, great location, friendly owner. Love those rocking chairs on the porch.
Excellent place to stay - owner/Inn keeper Fred is a super friendly guy, really down to earth and very accommodating - located a mile from downtown, highly recommend, see you when you come to the Boston area Fred!
Great experience. The cabins are a bit rustic which is what we expected. They allowed our dogs and all. The owners are great people. They left fresh towels and everything beside our door because of the dogs which we did not expect. Overall fantastic place to stay and I could not thank them enough.
Location was great and the owner was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. It was very reasonably priced. Grounds are well kept. We stayed in one of the double cabins which, to our surprise, was very small. There was no counter space at all to put anything in the bathroom or otherwise. No kitchen. Couldn't wash a dish in the sink it was so teeny. Might be ok for one person who goes out to eat but it was very tight for us.
CLEAN! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Convenient to Abay and simple to locate all local tourist sites. Plan to stay our next trip here which I hope is soon. Wide front porch with rockers and table, ceiling fans and soft music playing. Loved it here.

Nice, tidy, clean and functional room. Quiet surroundings close to the village and nearby access to the river. Just what I was looking for. (A microwave would have been the only addition I could have used)
We found bugs in the bed and on the pillowcases, room was very dirty overall. We don't play around with bed bugs so we left immediately and drove 40 minutes back into town in the middle of the night to find another hotel. I called the office, left a message and nobody even got back to me or apologized or anything.
