Rockaway Jet Ski, Rockaway Beach NY

A-Rod and Anthony were both great and accomodating! All they wanted was for our group to have a good time and we did! The jetskis were in great condition. We went full throttle most of the time and the jet were able to handle it!

Absolutely phenomenal! My wife and I rented a jet ski for a half an hour and had the thrill of our lives. We cannot wait to come back and do this and one of the NYC tours that are offered again!

I and my friends definitely had a blast! Even though I and bae only drove this for the first time and couldn't swim. Got too excited and fell off my jet ski, lol. My mind while in the water was going places but the guys at rockaway jet ski were quick to come to our aid. They paid close attention to our whole ride. No wonder there is a somewhat limited boundary. Feeling very confident about the riding on water now and am definitely recommending them to anyone.

Do not waste the money on the free style ride. You are restricted to a very small area and when you request a refund they say no refunds and say I knew that was coming once you see how small the area is. They know they are ripping people off by careless. The jet skis are all broken pieces and Seats ripped up. For how much money they charge it should be way nicer and newer jet skis not 2010 products. Never again worst experience

Matthew was our Tour Guide! He was super friendly and caring to help give us the best experience for my Wife’s Birthday! It was her first time driving a Jet Ski and he was very informative in guiding her through the navigating the waters. He took time to capture beautiful Photos for us! Ethan was also was very helpful and understanding when we said we might be late for our appointment! He worked us into an Appointment and was very happy to help us! We would highly recommend Rockaway Jet Ski and will definitely be returning!

Definitely recommend it and worth your money. I was invited to by a friend and the experience is one of a kind. You can actually enjoy the ride. The customer service given is great, on top of yours needs and most of making sure of safety. If you are looking to experience a great ride, and get great customer service go and try Rockaway Jet Ski! You won’t regret it.

Seemed like a fun thing to do, I just didn’t realize how small the boundary was for renting a jet ski. Wish I would have known that before (my fault, I should have done more research). I rented for 30 minutes and by 15 min in I was ready to go. Circling around the small area in the bay was not really what I had in mind. So just be aware that if you rent instead of going on a tour, the boundaries for rental will be extremely small. Thank goodness I didn’t do an hour!
Also, the person was late to get us going on the jet ski, which pushed back my time. I felt rushed and had to move some of my plans around for my day! Good to keep in mind that if you go early, you might have to wait a bit bc they seem to be in beach time.

I'd definitely do it again had soooo much fun the range was not the big maybe a ½mile squared.
But they do offer tours for reasonable prices 4 hr, 2 hr and 1hr½. What I did was $150 for an hr. Worth it plus $500 deposit or you can pay $14 insurance and that would knock down the deposit to $250. I recommend paying the $500 if you can you'll get it right back as long as the vessel isn't damaged. And if you pay with a credit or debit card it might take upto 3 business days for you to get the refund. Depends on your bank mine was refunded the same day.

Me, my daughter, and parents had such a great experience and fun time! The staff are super friendly. Can’t wait to go again!

WOW! This was a surprise Birthday gift. It was SUCH an amazing experience! We took the Far Rockaway Tour of Jamaica Bay! We got super lucky to get the Legendary Matthew to be our guide. He guided me throughout the whole ride and made me feel comfortable with the water and the ski. It was a great experience that I will cherish for a lifetime! Definitely going back for another tour. Thank you Rockaway Jet Ski!
