Kelly was amazing and truthfully, always amazing with her expertise and efficiency. This particular Saturday she checked me in, along with technician, service took better than average time and she also wore another hat as cashier. Obviously, that day was short staffed but with Kelly’s professionalism, she kept the operation running smoothly! Great job, Kelly! Thank you!

Dropped off car with transmission issue, was promised an evaluation for the next day.did not happen.contacted service and was referred to "Edward" he stepped in took control got things back on track in your busy service dept, set my expectations correctly, provided me with temporary reliable transportation. From that point on everything was uneventful. So far your batting 1000 with me.

Very disingenuous group of calculated LIARS. They will cheat you and smile in your face while doing it. They do not clean the pre owned vehicles, my elderly mother was sold a vehicle that had so much dog hair and filth in it that it made her literally sick. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer. They make you wait for hours, splash water on the outside of the vehicle then half dry it.

My experience going to Rockaway Nissan is always great. The entire staff are always friendly and professional, service manager Albert is a straight shooter, he tells you and recommends what is best for your vehicle. Only downside is the wait can sometimes be a little longer, but with a little patience you'll be happy with their service.

Service performed as expected. Wait time was minimal. Service advisor kept me informed on the progress and reviewed the report at the end. Very satisfied.

This is my second Nissan Rogue from Rockaway Nissan working with Carolyn Gordon-Williams. For a Nissan I only go to Rockaway and Carolyn. They had the Rogue in the color with the options I wanted. I am pleased with my purchase.

I have literally left 4 voicemails with this place and never got a call back.

I wanted to purchase a vehicle Using my own institution for finance. I asked the sales person If I am able to get a bill of sale, I was stated that I could not get that information to you due to private reasons. She stated to me on multiple times during our conversation that I needed to come in so they can sit there and run my credit to see if they can give me a better offer after telling her I am OK she would not give me the bill of sale until I came in person. I called the store several times looking to get directed to the finance department so I can speak directly to them. I left three voicemail messages no return calls. I had my institution call them as well they left two voicemail messages.going on Four days still have not received a phone call back yet.

Worse place to service your vehicle had a 10: 00 am appointment get there at 9: 30 am my vehicle never ready till 1: 30 pm and it is not a week end it is Monday morning vehicles that came after mine get service you have to know some one worse ever run away from this place whenever you need to service your vehicle. Spend a half day just to do oil change

Dropped my car Thursday 9: 15 AM waited until 4: 30PM.the mechanic start diagnosis about 2: 45PM. I finally was told that I have to leave my car for one day to be fixed now its Tuesday (six days later) and the car is not fixed.the worst service and won't go back to that dealer again

BAIT AND SWITCH! This dealer is forcing my aunt Maria to take possession of a vehicle she DID NOT WANT TO BUY, they showed her a vehicle first then made her sign paperwork for a complete different car without telling her. They are telling her because she signed now she is forced to take the car when she told them immediately she did not want to move forward because of the SHADY and UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. SHE DID NOT DRIVE OFF WITH THE CAR AND WILL NOT. Her sales person BRYAN SAID SHE IS NOW FORCED TO TAKE ANY CAR FROM THE DEALER AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE HER BACK $8k down payment! A REPORT WILL BE FILED WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, And WILL BE CALLING CHANNEL NEWS 5 I AM PRETTY SURE THEY WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK TO YOUR SCAMMING DEALER

I went to Nissan yesterday and with in 1hour I was out service great, customer service to the top all front desk representatives are very courteous and treated you with respect…will always visit.
