This guy is the worst. He did a terrible job. Lied about the materials used. Same problem came back and he was no where to be found

Ok, so my landlord is out of state attending to a family emergency and I had a sewer back up beginning in my basement. I called the landlord and the city. The city came out to make sure it wasn't on their end, so the landlord sends this guy, who he found through another guy. Instantly I'm thinking, here we go with some fly by night " plumber". When I was texted by Johnathan, he said he was from Rocktastic.again I'm skeptical so I googled it just to see if it was a legit company.well let me tell you I was really, really taken by surprise by the professionalism, work ethic and respect Johnathan displayed. He got the job done in about an hour but I swear whatever he did I think the drain is actually running better than it has in the 4.5 years I've been here. I'm going to be recommending him to the landlord for future jobs and I will put it out there that if you want a professional, thorough job.give Johnathan a call.tell him Roger sent ya
