Rockville Centre Hotel, Lynbrook NY

I stayed here after my flight was cancelled. The flight was cancelled in the middle of the night. They were extremely accommodating and understanding of the situation we were in.

The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. We were also given a complimentary late check out due to the situation we were in which was really just the icing on the cake for us as we were exhausted.

The rooms were clean and spacious too with comfortable beds! The only thing I would change is me forgetting my eye mask when checking out.

Got put up here when my flight was delayed. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Room clean and comfortable. Free shuttle service to JFK was much appreciated!

This hotel is very close to where my brother lives, so the location was perfect. The rooms were ok-a light was broken and the refrigerator didn’t work, but I’m may have unplugged it by accident We would stay here again.

For the price we paid one expects a clean room. Over $350 per night and the room was completely dirty. Left and the next day no maid or housekeeping service even bothered to come and clean it. I went to complain to the front desk manager and he didn’t even respond to me just gave me a death stare as if he wanted to kill me! The place is a DUMP and the service is HORRENDOUS!

Motel 6 is five five stars compared to this dump!

This is an older motel near JFK. I stayed here because American Airlines screwed up and the plane did not leave.

Very clean & quiet here. Only spent 1 night there. Was good amount of clean towels & rags in the room.

The place was dirty seeing a few cockroaches I don't recommend it at all!
