Rocky's on The Lake, Cold Brook NY

Went with a large family and children. Lots of menu options for everyone and great mimosa choices if interested. Everyone seemed to like their meal and the staff was great! Can't wait to go back in warmer weather and see the lake when it isn't frozen.

Great place! Recommended by friends, we took the drive, and we do not regret it.

Beautiful place with a great water view even in the late winter.

Food was delicious, but was not exactly hot.it was still warm, and that's the ONLY reason for 4 stars on the food, that's a nitpick, I know, as the taste was great. I had the stuffed chicken parm, which wasn't "stuffed", the pepperoni and mozzarella were simply on top. So it differed from the description on the specials menu, but again, a small thing and it didn't take away from the taste and quality of the food. My wife, who is MAJORLY picky about riggies said they had great flavor. That's a big compliment.

If you are lucky enough to see the loaded tater tots on the menu, trust me.order them and thank me later.

The service was good.our server was training, and he mentioned as much right off the bat, and overall he did a good job. There were a few mix ups with drinks and the bill, but it was easily taken care of. Nothing that would keep us from coming back at all. He was a nice young man.

Went for brunch. Had the Strawberries and Cream Waffles and a mimosa flight. Everything was delish and the service was top notch.

I recently visited Rocky's for the first time with a large group of coworkers and friends. Our server, Michelle, was hands down, the best server I have ever had in the ten years I've lived in Upstate New York. Our food was served promptly and Michelle made everyone in our group feel like we were family.

The quality of the food, the quality and cleanliness of the building, and the wonderful warm atmosphere earned this dining experience a 10/10!

The owners and management staff of Rocky's are top shelf and I now understand why Rocky's was recommended to me.

Our server, Michelle, took the time to show such kindness to my young grandson which just added to the genuine enjoyment of our visit!

Had a great brunch at Rockys!

Start with the place itself, it looks beautiful, great view, and a perfect ambiance.

The service we received was personable, humorous, and uplifting. The staff all had personality, not one person seemed like they didn't love being there! Our waitress Mary made it a fun time:)

I got the Giambrotte something I am very fond of and they have their own style that I found to be very good.

Our whole table enjoyed the experience, and we look forward to coming back for dinner.

Service was top notch, food was beyond expectations, GLUTEN-FREE Options. Where amazing. Todays world has gotten away from cocktails, so it a nice place to get a cocktail chat with friends, and have, some outstanding food.

The small antipasto salad left me full and happy. Then I ate the other two thirds and was really full.

Outstanding, good service and drinks were awesome! First time there and I will definitely be back!

Was disappointed that we had to wait an hour to get lunch and not just pizza There was a break between breakfast and lunch

This was my first time today. Awesome pizza! Drinks were amazing. Actually came home and bought stuff to make what we had! We'll be back!

Sat at our table for about 10+ mins before I had to ask someone for our waitress. Received a free drink for it, thanks! Had chicken Parm and chicken riggies and they both were far from flavorful and the pasta sauce was entirely too watery and chunky to stay on the pasta.
Would not recommend, especially for the price paid

We had a party of 7, our server was Krista, she was fabulous! The chicken marsela tasted nothing like marsela, never had it with green peppers, chicken was grilled to death and dry.same with my sisters veal marsela.drove a very long way to get there.won't do it again.

If you come here to eat, prepare to waste a good chunk of your day. The service, while polite, is SLOOOOOWWWWW! We were here for 2hrs & ate for 30mins of that time total; the rest was just spent waiting. Then to make matters worse, my party of 5, only 1 of us had zero issues with the food. 2 of us had ribeye sandwiches & had multiple pieces of just plain ol’ fat that we bit into…& not small pieces: big chunks! One of our burgers was missing every condiment we asked for, they forgot to bring out a side salad & when they did it was the wrong dressing & one of our drinks was given to the wrong table. It wasn’t even that busy when we were here. None of us walked out of here happy & won’t be doing this again. Then to top it off, the hostesses were talking as we were leaving & not a single “have a good night” was given to us. They just ignored us.
