The bartenders were awesome, the food was GREAT, the atmosphere was really laid back.good place to go to chill out and relax

Rocky's Pub easily has the best chicken wings I've had in the last ten years and I've lived all over the country in that time. Add to it, friendly service and a laid back atmosphere making it a win win! Nuff said.

Everything on this menu is delicious. Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. The place is more of a bar atmosphere, but definitely a place that a family can go to and enjoy some really great food. And our server did an awesome job, we had a large group and we showed up late.but she did an amazing job as well as the cook, and got everything correct.

My friends and have family have been come to a pub at this location for many years, even prior to being Rockys. Since becoming Rockys everything is WAY better.
The cooks, the bartenders, and just about everything food we have ordered has been good.
Great place to go and get cold drink, great pub food and friendly service. If your in the area definitely give it a shot.

Service was passable, food was fairly edible, but Sunday night seems to be townies only. I was passing through and I maybe should have passed by.

When we came here it’s was mid afternoon about 3 and we just sat at the bar. Let me tell you the food is amazing and they give great portions. I definitely recommend trying the poutine if you like that kind of stuff because it’s awesome. The drinks are pretty good too and they’re not super pricey at all in my opinion. Between 2 people we ordered an app, 2 entrees, 7 drinks and 2 shots and we spent less than $100 with tip. And i always tip well so that tells you something. The people there were all regulars but they started talking with us almost immediately. The bartender Kay was really cool and not overly fake nice to us. I’ve heard bad things about the nighttime crowd but when we went it was great so maybe there’s a time for everything.

The inside has a nice area of tables with a horseshoe bar in the middle; as well as an area to flex for darts, dancing, or a live band.

Sitting at the bar I received prompt service, able to receive a glass of beer from the 4 options on tap as quickly as I got a menu.

As far as prices go, I may be slightly out of touch with standards in the area, but I felt as though everything on the menu each cost about $2 more than they should.

I ended up ordering a pint off the tap ($6.50) their traditional wings in Buffalo sauce (12 for $14) and a side of fries with queso ($4 + $2.50).

The fries actually had a crisp quality that made me regret the queso they were drenched in, if it had been on the side I would have been happier as the queso was quite good. Certainly worth it.

The wings were fairly crisp, but nothing special. The sauce had a good flavor. There isn't much to say here, they were passable wings. If they'd cost a couple dollars less I'd have probably been more enthusiastic.

I'm still giving the location 4 stars because it's just got the right feel for a place to relax a bit after a long day. The other patrons were lively without being disruptive and added a nice ambience to the meal.

Would have given up a better rating rating but one of the bartender's had a really bad attitude and a look of what am I doing my life look on her face

Nice medium sized bar, friendly staff. Tvs for watching games and sporting events. Four dart boards for fun. Live music. Great little spot in Liverpool.

We got Rocky's Pub for the first time and it won't be the last. We ordered 3 different wraps all came with chips and a couple sides of Rocky's sauce. All 3 wraps were delicious! It tasted fresh and the wraps were packed full. I honestly would have preferred something slightly larger but that simply may be because I couldn't get enough. Rocky's sauce was really nice a well, added a nice flavor and tiny kick to whatever we dipped in it. The chips sadly were not very good. They certainly didn't travel well for delivery, but that we understand. We did crisp them up in the air fryer and that helped but we agreed that the chips lacked any meaningful seasoning. That said, thankfully the main attractions were spot on and we are looking forward to trying a variety of options and updating the review as we learn more.

Great service had a bartender who's name starts with b servee and my friend.drinks were on point and she was very attentive on making sure we didn't have to wait for another drink.she was very sociable even tho myself and friend were first timers.will definitely be back the food looked amazing.will update after the next visit and we try the food

What a terrific surprise this bar was! They had a live band. Had the french fries and chicken wings they were fantastic! It's really hard to find good chicken wings anywhere, but this little place has the right recipe! The bartender was very attentive and really friendly. We all agreed that we will definitely come back here the next time we're in the area.

Fantastic food! The Utica Greens were outstanding, best I've ever had. Potato chips were really good too! My husband loved the chicken wings. We'll certainly be back!

It was alright. The ONE bartender working was nice. Pretty sure she was making the food too. It was pretty dead though. The food was decent.

Good burger and beer. Staff was over worked by being short handed. Nice vibe to the place.

Surprisingly good food. Steak quesadilla was one of the best quesadillas I've had in CNY. Full of steak, onion, tomato, jalapenos, and avocado. Jalepeno poppers were tasty and appeared to be made in house.

Don't know about the food but their regular patrons are drunks and just awful men. Walked out will not go back!
