Pet friendly? More like pet prejudice. We have service dogs, and are physically disabled. Not only were they rude upon finding out we had handicaps, but that we didn't tell them we had dogs. It is protect by law that we do not have to disclose whether or not we have service animals or what our disabilitie are. We were told to leave the next morning or get rid of our companions. The room - which was filthy, not up to code, had no microwave, and had a deactivated smoke alarm - was paid for by DSS for 10 days. We were forced to leave after 3 nights. The manager acknowledged he knew the fire alarm was deactivated, and threatened us (my fiance, my daughter, and myself). When we tried to explain that kicking us out broke the FHA, the manager said to our face: "Not my problem. "

So, they will kick you out if you fail to mention ANY non-human companion, but will leave your neighbors with five screaming children running up and down the halls, bouncing off the walls shared with yours, and their parent screaming foul language at them at the top of their lungs, alone.

They will also try to convince you that their rude attitude and condemning inflections are just "the way [they] talk".

Guess you can stay here if you're not an honest, homeless and displaced family with no disabilities or service animals.

Also, the other reviews mentioning the smells, bugs, and filth? All true.

I can't even describe in words how disgusting this place is. It's the worst hotel in america. The whole place smells like urine and feces and cigarettes mixed. There are bugs in the rooms. Every single surface is dirty including the beds. The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

The people that work here are totally RUDE. Our room had no hot water. We did tell them and they acknowledged. We went to the state fair and got back pretty late. There was still no hot water in the room. They did not offer a room change or a refund of monies paid.

I used to work in the hotel industry, and what they are exposing their guests to at this establishment is far below acceptable.

This is the worst room I have ever stayed in! Dirty, smelling and disgusting. I can not believe this place is even open!

This is the most disgusting hotel I ve ever seen in my life. It smells like urine and there are stains everywhere. Garbage is put next to the doors.

Room was absolutely gross. The window panel on the outside was broken, the faucet in the bathroom was so loose it was practically torn off, the shower rod was coming down, the toilet looked like a prison toilet, and the paint in the room looks like it was done by someone who didn’t care. Not to mention the lovely long term clientele who resides there who woke me up by screaming at other residents at the top of their lungs calling them Mother effers at 4 in the morning. Avoid at all cost.

Seems to be in the remodel phase. Said this 2 years ago, seems that is hasn't been finished. Dirty hallways, parking lot is filled with debris and cigarette butts all over. No trash cans so everybody just liters the parking lot. Chandelier and the stairway of the lobby filthy caked with dust hanging crooked. Any owner who allows the simplest things to go by doesn't deserve to own a hotel. Clean up your property

This place needs help. The room was horrible to the point that my teenager could not sleep, thinking the ceiling would collapse. I paid 200 due to one of the only rooms available at Syracuse graduation. The ceiling was caved in. Window was stuck open and screwed in. If a fire had occurred, I would have had to break the glass. This place is the worst hotel I have ever stayed.

This hotel and the hotel room was clean. There were no leftovers in the fridge like a different hotel. It felt safe with how much cleaner it was compared to another hotel. The staff was very willing to help upon our requests about towels as well as other requests. Clean, good staff, and good location

You get what you pay for I guess. We checked the bed for bedbugs didn’t see any. Woke up an there were a dozen. Burn the place downnnnnn.

This place doesn't even deserve it's one star. Fridge wasn't cleaned out before check in, tons of seemingly expired food in it. The bedsheets and furniture are covered in stains and marks, the walls and ceilings are covered in paint and plaster patches. Heavy smell of cigarette smoke all throughout the hotel. Just read all of the previous reviews - to the owner don't even bother replying to my review, all you do is copy and paste the same "apology" and hope they will stay here again. Better off sleeping in your car in the Denny's parking lot across the street.

Courteous and fast service. If you ask for something they give it immediately. We had a smoking room with no ashtrays so we just went to the desk they gave us two.
