Rodeway Inn MacArthur Airport, Ronkonkoma NY

Brought in a guest from out-of-state for one of our live events. The room was great, the service was helpful, and the location was close to the airport and our venue.

Not the best. Booked through day use. Com for some time away from the kids with my husband. Check in took a while, then we get to the room. (there are three buildings, we were in the third building on the second floor so it was quite a hike) and instead of the king I had booked it was two small full size beds. We made due and it was fine enough. Definitely nothing fancy and clearly dated. Then we check the credit card and they charged is $40 more than what I had booked the room at as well as the $50 damage. Definitely not my favorite, I can’t say I plan to go back.

Small but efficient room. Includes mini fridge and microwave. Free Wifi. The staff was very pleasant

This is worse fearful experience I ever had.came to see my daughter and spend nice weekend I was a fool to pick this place besides dripping shower head all night.drive up to abandoned cars in parking lot. I have two guys running in and out of room.yelling about being robbed.they running in and out of room slamming door and other room low hum of music.can't sleep because I'm up watching and protecting my daughter.this experience absolutely ruin my chance to spend time on long island to see my daughter. I came down and didn't wanna spend 400 for 2 night spent over $209 to not sleep and hope I make it safely thru night.

Just a horribly managed Hotel in every manner. Manager is rude and has no concept of customer service

It's a good place to rest, but they need to clean very Well all the rooms becouse they smell weed and I don't smoke

The room was extremely small, the walls were filthy, blanket had cigarette burns on it, the refrigerator was uneven and dirty, no coffee maker in room no Kleenex in bathroom, coffee machine broken in office no breakfast, lighting in the room was bad one of the light bulbs were out like they did the bare minimum for the room. Will not stay here again!

Less expensive than the rest and near the airport. Not so clean. I stepped on chicken bites from a previous guest next to the bed. The non smoking rooms leave you smelling of cigarette smoke. Thin rough bath towels act more like scour pads to remove dead skin. The microwave and fridge worked well.

It may be a dinky little spot and not that very nice of rooms but the homey feeling I get it so comforting and rooms are cleaner than most motels

While I've stayed at Choice Hotels before, this was my first time at a Rodeway Inn. I picked it based on the location and their price. I had been staying at a Comfort Inn about 15 minutes away and the price was at least double what I paid for a 1 night stay on a Saturday night.

The site had plenty of signs of wear, but was definitely clean. The personnel were friendly and efficient from start to finish, although the 24 hour desk personnel speak to you from what looks like a bullet proof glassed in area. This is not a comforting first look since most rooms are on the first floor (my room was on the first floor) with just the bolt between you and the outside world.

That being noted, this no frills stay met all my needs. The heat and water pressure were great. The one light blanket may seem inadequate, but truly it was fine. I was well rested and refreshed before heading out the next morning. That's really all I was looking for.

BTW, the neighborhood seemed just fine. The people around me were relatively quiet. I don't know why the office staff is so utterly sealed away. B-)

Stayed here for one night as it was close to the airport. There are three buildings, we stayed in the 'newer' building. I use that term loosely because it's not new at all. But it served our purpose for a lower cost hotel on a Saturday night when everyone else was charging $300+ There were very minimal amenities no coffee in room, and no breakfast. But if your looking for a lower cost alternative, it wasn't bad. Front desk is surrounded in bullet proof glass which was a little concerning. The rep said it was for COVID. But seemed more for security then protection of a virus. But he was a nice gentleman and seemed to care. So it was ok and we would probably stay again under similar circumstances.

Sad that there was no breakfast included with our room because everything was out of order.

They banned me for smoking 420 a guest complained which I feel isn’t fair I did nothing wrong 420 is legal and I’m sure and positive people be smoking worst stuff there! I’m UNHAPPY AND ITS UNFAIR

It was dirty and expensive everything was broken tv sucked bed wasn't comfortable burns everywhere in a non smoking room 180 bucks for 1 night and there was no breakfast

Made reservations. My credit card had been stolen. We get to the hotel and clerk informed us credit card did not go through. We informed clerk what happened. Rodeway inn
still had our reservation and room ready for us. Room was very cleaned, comfortable bed, area was very quiet. Loved the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely will stay again.
