There are no hidden fees and everything is transparent. I've recommended it to friends and family, and they have found it to be far better than going to the dealership.

I have been driving an older car for the past seven years and it recently started giving me signs that it was time to get a new one. I was dreading the thought of going into a dealership so much but thankfully with Rodo, I did everything from home! No haggling, hidden fees, or dealing with those charming salespeople. The price that you pay per month (with taxes included) is transparent and for someone like me, this is what I needed. They did all of the legwork for me and everything moved so fast and efficiently. Within one day, I had a brand new car! They also can deliver right to your front door for a small fee. If you are in the market for a new car, don’t hesitate to use them. My lease has a low monthly payment and NO down payment. I can't express enough how happy I am with the car and Rodo.
Poor customer service and communication as stated in all other reviews. Non transparent on pricing for delivery. Went to buy vehicle and customer service did not reply to emails. Not professional on phone calls also.

I leased a vehicle through Rodo a few years ago. That was generally an OK experience but this current experience was not good at all.
I contacted Rodo today through their website to get a quote on my lease. The offer they gave me was over $5k lower than the best offer I had already received from Apple Leasing. My car is 6 months old, mint condition, 6800 miles and they are depreciating it, with this ridiculous offer, by roughly 40% after only 6 months. It is a 2023 Cadillac CT4-V. Upon receiving their offer, I responding saying "this offer is laughable" and I told them what Apple Leasing offered me and that I would pass on their offer. The email came from Elgin Swift, Wholesale Director. He responded saying "let us know what Apple does" and I responded basically telling them that their initial lowball offer tells me how they treat their customers and I would not be doing business with them. Elgin then responded and said this (copied and pasted here), "Thanks for the feedback. Sounds like you have some deep rooted trust issues. I hope you get those addressed in the near future and like always. We are here to assist. " Now I truly know how Rodo and Elgin treat their customers.with insults after giving a lowball offer knowing that they will not get my business. I intend to contact the corporate office at Rodo tomorrow to file a formal complaint against Elgin.
