Ronald R. Brancaccio, MD - SINY Dermatology

I have been a patient for 15 years at the Bay Ridge office and I have always had great experience there. Yesterday was my first visit since the pandemic and I was impressed with the cleanliness and safety rules in effect. Dr Brancaccio has helped me keep my skin clear in addition to solving some problems I have had with pre skin cancer. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Worst service I’ve had anywhere in a very long time. I waited for an hour and a half and the room cleared out twice. The receptionists response was that “it’s based on appointment times” in an extremely nasty way but how is that so when our appointment was over an hour prior? This isn’t my first visit this has been an issue over the past few weeks of me coming here. And the doctors barely examine you once you are in the room, it is in and out. Extremely unsatisfied and will not be returning.

They don't care about their patients skin issues. Dr. Petrosian could care less about what you're experiencing. I'd never go to this place again. Felt like an abuse victim walking out of their office.
