My situation with an estate was very complex to include an eviction proceeding. In addition, I live out of state. This was a three year process and Ronit was instrumental part of the resolution. She did a fabulous job as far as listing the residence and showing it and handling the tenant who made things even harder. Ronit always remained calm, polite and professional. She even did things above and beyond.
For instance, going to the property when she did not have to due to a water line break, finding companies to clean the property and remained at the property during the entire time and constantly updating me with various things.
