We have had a trouble spot on our roof where it transitions to a porch roof. Several estimates and we chose Roofing Rochester because of their comprehensive explanation of the fix. Crew was fast and I was impressed with the technical effort the lead put into the fix with extra flashing and ice shield.

Quality of job is excellent. Professionalism leaves much too be desired. Roofers left my yard a mess and left equipment and supplies on my neighbor's property. They also dropped hundreds of pounds of shingles on my flower bed destroying most of them. Communication was almost non existent unless I engaged. Told me it would be fine in 2.5 days yet it took until the following business day to get completed, leaving a dumpster in my driveway for the entire weekend. No one communicated that they needed an extra full day or that the dumpster would have to stay in the driveway for longer than planned. Called to complain and never heard back after I was told I would hear back.
Like I said quality of the work is excellent. But the customer service and professionalism is amateurish. They left me very frustrated.

The work I had done to repair a porch roof which needed stucco work also was done in a timely manner and the follow-up was done completely to my satisfaction. The workers were very pleasant to work with and answered my questions without hesitation.

Showed up when scheduled and communicative. They did break a window and I rolled over a nail after the roof was complete but they paid for the new tire and repaired the window.
Work was done in a day and a half and since we've had some severe storms and not a leak or missing tile in site. Highly recommend. Also the cost was the best for the work we wanted done.
