I live in Long Island New York and received my first traffic ticket for violation “disobeyed traffic control device” in September 2020 at Upstate New York that normally carries 2 points in my license plus fine. I was upset and didn’t know what to do. But somehow I called Rosenblum Law office at New Jersey and was able to discuss my case with one of their attorneys Jobin Joseph. His professional and personal advice convinced me to hire Rosenblum to handle my case. Once I submit the ticket and my consent and their flat rate fee online I didn’t have to worry about the case anymore. They took care of my case very efficiently and were able to resolve it favorably by March 2020. They were successful in reducing my violation to a lesser charge of “parking violation” with 0 points and just a fine including surcharge $150.00 Now my license is clear and I am so relieved. I am not usually one to write reviews, but this wonderful experience commands it. By the way, this review is coming from a REAL person. I was cited a speeding ticket in the town of North Harmony, NY (apparently a common speed trap) during a snowboarding trip. The cited speed was 83 in a 65, which is a hefty fine of several hundred dollars (over $500) as well as 4 points on your record AND most likely an insurance premium increase potentially of 20%. Rosenblum was able to get ALL 4 points dropped to 0, as well as get the charge lessened to a simple parking violation! I was skeptical of whether this was even legit or worth it, but after this experience I HIGHLY recommend Rosenblum firm for traffic violations cited in New York. They are highly professional and basically handle everything for you. I think the hiring process took 15-30 minutes and they communicated what's needed in simple and clear terms. Very good experience overall. Very professional and quick to respond. I had 5 tickets from one traffic stop on the palisades parkway. The violations ranged from driving on the parkway with commercial plates to excessive lane changes and going 80mph in a 55mph. I had them adjourn my court date a couple times which resulted in delays of a couple months. This gave me time to get my financial situation a little more stable. At the time of the court date my attorney, Mr. Hartley was able to get me a very generous plea bargain. 3 of 5 tickets dismissed. No points, and fines totaling $398 on the remaining 2 tickets. Overall very pleasant and professional experience dealing with this firm.

Got a speeding ticket that would have hiked up my insurance premium by a lot, not to mention the cost of the ticket alone. Rosenblum managed to cut the fee down by more than half, and reduce the penalty points from 4 to 0. Although I thought the flat rate attorney fee was expensive at first, it saves you so much money in the long run (mostly from insurance).
They also offer that attorney fee back if they are unable to help you with the ticket, so all in all, you can really rest assured leaving your traffic concerns with them.
