Roslyn Family Dental, Roslyn Heights NY

Very unprofessional. Gave us an estimate for root canal but we didn't agree as price was too high. But called us next week with appointment. When we went there, he told us we will proceed with root canal as agreed. That was shocking as we hadn't agreed. We told we are planning to go to home country anyways so we'll get it done there as it's cheaper even with flight tickets (lol) and he was racist in telling us that he has seen ppl getting treatment in that "country" and results are horrible. This was his own opinion that I didn't ask for. We were leaving the clinic and they made up pay $40 a it was "no show".
Never went back.

2nd time there, didn't have a pleasant experience with the hygienist, i know i didnt have a beautiful white picture perfect teeth, and i didn't do as good as a floss job, but all mine are healthy, gum too, could be a little gentle on the cleaning.

This was the most impressive looking dental office I've ever been to! I didn't feel like I was in a dental office, it felt like a luxury spa. The Dr. Mikhaylova is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was taken care of swiftly and was given a treatment plan and future appointments to take care of my dental issues. Great dentist. Friendly service. Amazing office!

I got a good cleaning today at Roslyn Family Dental and I am very happy with the way my teeth look now. The stains on my teeth were removed and also looked whiter. The office was nice and clean. The staff and dentists were very kind and considerate and I am happy with the service. I also bought an electric toothbrush from them today and they gave me a complimentary mouthwash, floss and toothpaste for a good price. They also gave me another complimentary bag with a travel sized floss, travel sized toothpaste and a nice good quality tooth brush. I am very happy with their service and I will definitely go back again! Thank you to all the dentists and staff that work there!

The service here was impeccable! I got there and the girl at the front desk (Alina) was extremely welcoming. They called me back in a very timely manner once I filled out the forms. Both the doctor and the hygienist treated me with kindness. Not only, but the work they did was superb. I am extremely satisfied and impressed by their work. Overall a 10/10 experience.

When I walked in my first impression was wow the place is spotless gorgeous beautiful office. Everyone was very helpful and very welcoming. I was in an out. I didn’t wait at all. Definitely recommend.
