I give the doctors five stars. The billing department, however, pulls the ratings into just one star. Back in February or March they submitted the wrong code to my insurance company. I was billed over $1k when the insurance code didn’t pay. I spoke to the insurance company and they explained it had to be resubmitted correctly (and that I didn’t owe a dime to the doctor-the services were 100% covered under insurance). I immediately called the office and explained. They said they’d take care of it. Since then, I have received several more bills and have called their office each time. Nothing is being resolved. The last time I called, a little over a week ago, I explained, once again, that they coded it wrong and it must be sent in correctly (they sent it in for Medicare. I definitely am not under Medicare!). The result? Another bill in the mail! This time, claiming I am over 120 days late. I do not owe anything. I had no copay. My insurance company has stated that this is all covered. And yet Rothman doesn’t want to take the time to resubmit it. Instead, I’m being harassed with these bills. The incompetence is mind boggling. I have stayed polite each time I’ve called, but I’m about to lose my you know what. This is outrageous.

Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dr. Gonzalez does an incredible job of explaining medical situations and terminology in an easy to understand manner.

Dr Gonzalez and the staff at Rothman Orthopaedics are top notch. I highly recommend them for your orthopedic needs.

I like Dr Lin, but today I had an appointment at 8am, when I got here they informed me it had been rescheduled for next month. I had not been informed, the receptionist could not find anything to show I'd been notified. Not happy.

Brought my son here for an ankle injury the entire staff was amazing. Dr. Gonzalez was great I would highly recommend.

Dr. Lee is a great doctor and I have been a patient for a while. I have recently switched doctors because of my last visit to Dr. Lee. I have a bad back injury and Dr. Lee was fast and didn’t even give me a good check. I feel like he may not have taken my injury as seriously as he should have. Not a bad guy, but should be more considerate when treating patients. Especially those with back problems already and take a fall onto the preexisting conditions.

Took both my girls here. They are 8 and 12. They both seen Dr Willy Gonzalez. From the moment we walked through the sliding doors we had an excellent experience with all the guys and gals we had contact with. Dr Gonzalez was gentle and had explained everything to the kids and then took his time explaining to me. Highly recommend this office and doctor!

Top rate service. Dr. Grossman makes it all seem effortless, and I know it is not! That, his kind demeanor, and the improvement of the prosthetic technology overall has convinced me that I made the right decision in getting the surgery done at Rothman.

Dr w. González was Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I hurt my neck and shoulder in a car accident on thanksgiving. Shows concern and care for patients. All office staff was awesome. Flexible appointments

Just awful. Worst experience I've ever had in a Doctor's office. Unprofessional, which warranted speaking with the supervisor, who was unavailable. Told to call the 1 800 operator to reach her. Asked for the supervisor to call me and the receptionist just said "no. " MAYBE they have good doctors but their operations and patient services are woeful. Never going back.

Always the best experience. Everything about this practice is unmatched elsewhere. I trust Dr. Seigerman and his staff 100%.

The staff is very personable and Doctor Erickson is very attentive and listens intently to my concerns and level of pain then discusses which avenue is best.to alleviate my pain and the next steps to address the issue in the near future if need be.

Dr. Grossman did an amazing job of performing a hip replacement on me. I highly recommend him.

They wouldn't let me see the doctor because I was literally 16 minutes late instead of 15. They don't care about you.

I had chronic pain in my wrist for a few years that has increasingly gotten so bad that every time I picked up something or moved my wrist a certain way I would be in tears.this was the hand I started to dominate after my right shoulder surgery. So now I have over used my left hand and wrist to compensate the right. I have been to so many different doctors who recommend therapy and injections but never could really help me and not tell me exactly what's was wrong with my wrist I was beyond frustrated and in so much pain. I then researched Dr Daniel Seigerman and seen he had 5 star reviews and decided this was my last resort. From the first time I contacted the office I knew I was in the right place. The staff was wonderful. Dr Seigerman on my first visit knew what was exactly wrong with me and scheduled me for surgery right away knowing I had exhausted all other outcomes first. He explained everything to me so i knew what to expect. I was just so thankful and happy finally I knew what was wrong with my wrist after all this time of pain and frustration. Workers comp try to deny the surgery but Dr Seigerman fought for me knowing how much pain I've been in for so long and knowing therapy and injections did nothing at all to help. My surgery was approved for a ulnar shortening and to address everything else that needed to be done. Elizabeth was very helpful threw out the whole process. I'm so grateful to her for helping me threw this difficult time. After the surgery I was in extreme pain for 2 days I'm still in the healing process and This week I start hand therapy. I'm still in pain because of the plate and screws from this major surgery but I feel very confident that I'm on the road to recovery. I'm happy I choose Dr Seigerman to do my surgery. I would highly recommend him.
