Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup, Nanuet NY

I had a blockage in my sewage line, was told by my technician that I had a cracked pipe and someone would come look at it next day. Paid over $500 for him to do nothing. Then upon him leaving I went to see what he had done and my entire laundry room (where my sewage line is) had an inch of water in it that I had to clean up, my washing machine was dinged and scratched, and hot water heater panel was knocked off.
Received a call from higher up about new person coming out and getting reimbursed. Havn't seen a reimbursement check in 3 weeks.
Had a different company come out and they were able to fix the problem with no issues.
I will NEVER call Roto Rooter again.

They offered same day service, arrived promptly, were knowledgeable about the needed repair, and performed the work great!

Mario is a saint! He did a really great job even with the worst of all conditions. He fixed many years of problems in one day. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

The technician came on time and fix the problems.the only issue we have that they charge 50-60% more than others and you find out about it only at the end.

On 9/24, we had our washing machine back up and leak into our basement. We called Roto-Rooter and they came out within 2 hours of us calling them. The service tech/plumber was Enroy. They un-clogged the main sewer line and found a pretty bad break in the sewer line. The pipe was also severely corroded so they also suggested we have it re-lined. They gave us an estimate the same night and by the next day we had a working contract. The crew arrived early on Monday morning 9/28 and were done before 3PM. While it is money out of our pockets, we know have piece of mind that we have a 50 year guarantee on our sewer liner. Thank you to Enroy, Ernesto, Angel, Geraldo, and Fernin for their hard work. Thank you to also Frank who reassured us with the finer details of the contract and answering our questions over a weekend. The job was done correctly and quickly.

The fellow that repaired our kitchen sink was outstanding. No non sense, knowledgable, courteous in every way and very professional. He went out of his way in every way. He cared. This is the man you want to repair anything you have. His name is Mario. His motto is to make sure the job gets done right or he will not do it at all. For the new times we live in, Mario is the best!

I must say, the two individuals (trademens) who came to provide the service were polite, provided clear Information regarding the issue, as well as taking care of the issue at hand. I recommend anyone dealing with the following problems should make it their business to contact them!

The person who came over was in time but I felt that he rushed. He didn’t clean up and left a mess. He asked us to run the water but it over flooded and we were left with the chore. I would feel better if before running off we had time to find out if it is going to overflow again. I had an elderly man from roto rotor clean the pipes six years ago and he guaranteed his work. It’s the reason I called rotors But since then this is the second time in the same year that I had to call and get this same job done. I hope I don’t see this guy for another six years.

Tony did an excellent job. He worked really hard. We have a really long drain. He used a jet system and even showed me the drain with a camera. He really helped me understand what the problem was and how he was able to alleviate it. We are happy we got Roto Rooter involved. Peter was amazing. He found the problem quickly and took care of it. The walls did not have to be broken to find problem. He is an excellent technician. We are so happy and so is our landlord. Roto-rooter and Peter are the best!

Dout the next available ype of work I alawys call themThe people who helped us were excellent! They saw the problems, figured out what the best solution was to solve the problem log term.they spent the better part of two days with us. Upon completion they cleaned up all the areas affected by their work. My next door neighbor even commented on how well they cleaned up and recovered the portion of grass the had to move to reach the pipes requiring repairing. When ever I've had a problem requiring this type of repair, they are my first call at anytime of the day or night.and they send out the next available repair person.

Rich was knowledgeable. Friendly. Hard working. Although I have additional work on one underground drain that needs excavation by my landscaper, he gave me a clear understanding of how to address the issue. I would highly recommend Rich and RotoRooter.

They came to the house quickly after being called to assess the situation. After explaining my options very clearly, we set up an appointment for the next day and they were right on time. The two gentlemen fixed my issue and were incredibly respectful as well as did a great job cleaning after themselves. Problem was solved that day and did not need any follow up. Would certainly use again if needed.
